He had said he was bringing a trailer, and I thought he would be some old junker. But no! It was a clean, shiny, new, fully enclosed big beauty! He loaded up all my plants efficiently, then asked if I needed anything more to put in the trailer. So, I asked him to help me get some Christmas boxes and decorations from my attic in the garage, which is did willingly and helpfully. The tech then put his sensor on the wall and claimed that there was water in the wall, even though there were NO water marks. The company then said that they could not give me a quote to dry out the wall, but needed me to put down a $1,000 to get started. We declined and asked for the invoice for the service call. We were then charged $550, even though the company's own brochure says that the charge was $400. I asked for a refund of $150 and this company is refusing to refund the difference. I believe this company uses unethical practices and fraudulently charges people.
