I got a house appraisal from them this week. it was almost 25% lower than what the realtor wanted to list it for in April, by $35,000. The appraiser Kim Ranson used 2 comps from a slum 3 miles away across the freeway! unbelievable!!!! All of the comps where not in gated neighborhoods like mine. She used no houses from my neighborhood. My neighborhood has many houses being sold and it even has a builder controlled hoa which she was wrong about as well. She put the wrong number of bedrooms even though she had the pictures of the correct number! wow unbelievable. They were quick to take the money to do a terrible job! read more
