On more than one occasion I was forced to stand around waiting for a table because there were too many people booked at the same time. When one of the interns forgot about me on a machine, their response was "oops, haha." My arm wasn't laughing. On top of all of this, they wait and bill me in July for services performed the previous December. Obviously we can't use last year's FSA to cover it, so basically we have to cover it out of pocket instead of with money we'd already set aside to pay for things like this. Not the best experience all in all. I'll be finding somewhere else if I or my family need PT in the future.
