Being that they are funished and with different floor coverings , it was nice to have a choice . Utilities seem to be about $25 a week for winter, even with us using the electric heat sometimes . One really cool thing about these apartments , is that they have big walk in closets to tuck your stuff away instead of it invading the living space with clutter. The kitchen has a full size Fridge & Stove. Also the fact that there is a curtained and "hideable "alcove for the fullsize bed make for a super-studio! The company then took their very sweet time, never giving me an update, and finally installed the shower door today, November 12. The door is cheap-looking, and definitely doesn't fit the price. The owner's daughter called me today to collect the other half of the payment. I had missed her call, and so called her back. Surprise, surprise! She actually answered the phone, for once! Why?
