Vacation house is Clean and well maintained. Management was easy to communicate with and very Accommodating.

The park is under new management and Teresa is very outgoing and has made some major improvements all around the park. The park rates are very reasonable for short and long term stays. It's the perfect, quiet getaway for campers in tents, RVs and trailers. The fishing is great and so are the amenities like hot showers, restrooms, rec-room with pool table, TV, microwave, coffee, wifi and coin-op laundry facilities. The vacation house is right on a lagoon. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, fireplace, large TV with wifi, full dining room and outdoor dining area with a barbeque overlooking the Lagoon and a spacious kitchen. It's a quiet park with friendly staff and I recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation getaway that is easy on the wallet. I love it here! I have lived here since April 2022. My 1998 rv was too old for most parks but I was welcomed here no problem! read more

Great place to live and the msnagers areso kind and helpgul! have to get use to rv life but the park is very clean has hot ddhowers and bathroom clean. has a rec room with tv, pool table, microwave, coffee maker. lots of board games and puzzles and books to read. great to go and sit with neighbors. also has access to a lake with fishing. beautiful! read more

I lived there from Feb. 2015 to aug.2016. I bought,remodeled and sold a mobile home there. The place is full of mentally ill people. One night I was standing by my van and a guy that had lived there for about 2 months asked me if I wanted some help. When I said no,thanks,he threw water in my face. I had him arrested for simple assault and they took him away. The part owner Dave Trout decided he did not want me staying there anymore even though the manager was on my side. This place is a magnet for drug addicts and mentally ill people. Also, they try to put you in rent to buy trailers that the health department would shut down. They gave me one that the toilet was not connected to sewer line. Stay away if you are wise. read more
