This is a mobile home park open to rv camping. We stayed for 4 nights and kept our boat in the boat slip. Clean, friendly, quiet.

This has been our favorite place when going boating on Lake Havasu. We have so many awesome memories with friends and family that have spent time with us at this resort. It's location cannot be beat, as it's on the point of the island. Centrally located on the lake with great coves straight across the water. The resort has a wonderful, large pool that was recently remodeled. A hot tub. Gym. Large RV spots. Full time residents and many second homes / vacation homes that many are available to rent short term. The staff is friendly and helpful. The resort allows children and pets. They even have their own boat docks and launch ramp. Visit Lake Havasu and stay here if you can. It's always a good time for relaxing or boating.

This is a great place for family time! We love it out here

Despite having a reservation for months, they put us in a site for motor homes instead of a travel…read moretrailer so we had to run all our utilities under the trailer. When I asked for an appropriate site, the rude woman in the office told me the person I booked with was no longer with them. So what does that have to do with this issue? When we booked we were told there was access to the golf club and we reserved a golf cart for getting there and back. Neither were available. The "resort" is noisy with chickens next door, planes and helicopters flying overhead. We did not get the WiFi password so I went to the office. At 3:30, it was already locked up. I called and emailed. After we had checked out, they sent the WiFi password. Rude staff, noisy, not as advertised. Would have been better off in Walmart's parking lot. Seriously.

This was a tough experience from the moment we arrived after a full day's drive from California…read morewhen we found another parked unit on our site with no owners site, no other sites open, and no personnel at the 'resort' to help us. With the help of a workman who happened to be there and the manager who came to deal with our problem after he reached her by telephone, the owners of the other trailer returned, we were in our site and we were given the night for free (they charged the other people in that site instead). No skin off their nose. During this two hour wait we also learned that there are no amenities including everything that we believed to be there according to my research and what was found on line. Those items included a beautiful infinite pool, access and discounts at the attached golf course, a clubhouse, full-service restaurant and bar, Fitness Center, bathrooms and more. We also learned that there is NEVER a manager on site. Manager tells me that is not feasible for them to have someone there all the time! What?! We are RV travelers. We seek out quality places that offer amenities. Regardless of what they offer, and even during Covid-19, we have never once come across a 'resort' that has no one on site to manage, maintain, collect garbage, provide some sense of security, etc. Further, they are not and have not been affiliated with the golf course in nearly two years where all the amenities exist. We paid way too much for a parking spot - literally, a parking spot for the four nights we were there. Management claims they have tried to update and fix what the internet says about amenities (at one time they were true) but to no avail. False advertisement. We asked for a refund but they refused stating we should have left when we were unhappy and they would have happily refunded us. Their policy is a No Refund policy and that is clearly stated. It was a big weekend at the lake given the Hot Air Balloon Festival and we knew campsites were full to capacity. Moving our 34' fifth wheel with nowhere to stay was not an option. I told Havasu Hills Resort (not a resort) that if we were not offered compensation, I would write a review, and here I am. I have never written one before this time. We have been disappointed in the past by transactions - we all have, but this is the first timeI have been compelled to share.

There was also a good Mexican restaurant and a great distillery very nearby. Also adjacent was a mini mart with deli that had a decent selection of snacks and beverages, but was not open in the evening. The people in the office were personable and accommodating. The guests (most of whom were long-term, at least in winter) were far-and-away some of the friendliest we've encountered in our travels. This was especially important since sites were very close to one another with little or no room in between--luckily, we have a small rig which doesn't take up much space. We requested a picnic table which they gladly delivered. There were roomier spots but they were occupied by long-term guests with large rigs. We had a filtered view of the lake, because our rig was taller than the trailers between us and the view. They do have a pool and spa which we did not use. As far as I could tell the bathrooms were not cleaned even once during the week that we were there, so they were grungy--at best. I tried to keep one sink clean and use it when I needed to do so and cleaned the shower each time before I could use it. Trash was emptied just before it overflowed. We'll probably look for a place with cleaner facilities if we pass through again.

I can't say enough good things about Campbell Cove RV Resort! I stayed here for almost 3 months…read more The location...it's close enough to the lake that you can walk to it. Some spots have a lake view! There's a great little store and deli just outside the park in case you need a snack. The people...the folks that take care of you (Connie & Tabitha) are the best! They will assist any way they can to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Everyone I met was so friendly and that's important because you are close to one another in this park. Even being close, I never heard my neighbors. Now if like me, you enjoy playing a little Texas Hold 'Em, they have a very fun, friendly Friday night game. I highly recommend! Book early...this place fills up and for good reason! Enjoy your stay at Campbell Cove!
