Everyone please avoid injector Sofia, she ruined me. She doesnt know how to inject the correct way. I been getting botox for 10 years and finally decided to give this place a try since it's near my new condo we moved from up north. Sofia seemed like she had not a clue of proper technique when she was injecting, it seemed like it was kind of random the areas she was choosing to inject, I was not used to the areas it was all over the place, she seemed like she was taking a wild guess at it!! just didn't seem knowledgeable!! I should not been so quick to trust this place and her!! My face and brows look too lifted and at the same time you can see a wrinkle on the sides of my eyes upside my brows on the outer sides. Oh I look terrible wow I just want this botox to wear off from her poor work. i also feel weird and sick right after the injections I never experienced this in my 10 years of getting botox. She has no clue what muscles to target and where to inject it is probably why I feel sick must be botox leaking out my muscle from her poor technique. i got the strange feeling from her I should had done much more research before going..I viewed the social media pages recently and I see videos that include Sofia dancing in the business facility... unprofessionalism at its finest...her lack of expertise ruined my face and made me ill. Dont trust her with your face to anyone reading I hope this botox fades off quickly so I can start over with experienced more knowledgeable injectors elsewhere.. waste of money, I will search elsewhere for botox services. read more

This post is long overdue! I first came across this office inquiring about treatment options for my acne scars on my face in summer 2019, and I had a fantastic consult. They recommended 5 sessions of fraxel laser alternating with 5 chemical peels for a total of 10 visits, and since I purchased a bundle and pre-paid, they offered me a package discount. The before and after photos they took on my phone were amazing! They warned me that my skin might not be perfect after, and it wasn't, but wow I could tell a big difference. The treatments are a bit painful but they offer numbing cream, which I recommend for the laser. The service from scheduling and checking out at the front, to the nurses was always top notch. Super friendly girls (Sophia, Alexis) doing the laser and the chemical peels! During my treatments and ever since, I've been using the AHA products. I use the moisturizer, the acne face mask (green one), vitamin C serum in the AM, and have recently begun the retinol cream at night. read more

This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL !! Don't bother to come here. I bought a promotion back in November 2021 for 3 syringes of filler which totaled $1575. I used 1 syringe. I ended up giving the remaining 2 to my daughter. When my daughter booked for the remaining syringes they told me my total amount was less due to the fact that I didn't use them within 6 months. I'm sorry but ANY LEGIT INJECTOR would not inject 3 syringes at once let alone within 6 months. She said there was a disclaimer when I checked out that it had to be used within 6 months. Never did I see a disclaimer when checking out otherwise I wouldn't have purchased the product. Secondly my receipt that was emailed to me also didn't say anything about using all 3 syringes in 6 months. Why would I pay $1575 and then receive a lesser amount when services are rendered and have to pay extra out of pocket? I had to escalate the issue with the office manager going back and forth and she said to just to have my daughter book the appt and they would take care of her. Fast forward to today, my daughter went in and advised the injector she wanted what was on my account which were the remaining 2 syringes. They injected her and tried to charge her an extra $190. My daughter was specific when she went in that she was there to retrieve what was on my account. The staff gave my daughter hassle, after being injected stating that that it would cost more due to the product being Juverderm. My daughter made it clear to the injector from the beginning and the staff. They said they will have to talk to the injector. This is horrible, poor, unprofessional service!!! I am sure Dr.Haiavy wouldn't appreciate this distasteful, unprofessional service to his patients. We obviously wouldn't return due to the fact of how greedy they appear to be, and how desperate they are to make an extra quick dollar. Maybe the staff gets commission who knows, but it's not a good look on the business! I've gone to plenty of spa's and this one is the only one that lacks professionalism! To note...I would have no issue with the above of if it was clearly mentioned before check out but it wasn't...not even on my receipt. I will not use any services in the future. read more

The whole staff was amazing ! They knew it was my first time ever at a med spa and made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I especially want to shout out Yasi ! I received my Botox treatment twice now with the lovely registered nurse Christy. Not only is she super informative and experienced, she is also and artist. A novice injector understands the medical indication, risk/benefit, and where to inject. However, an expert aesthetic provider should have the eye and hands of an artist. I paid for the "laser" skin treatment. Paid a lot of money for the higher setting. I did half of my face instead of the entire face to cut the cost by half. I was told that my skin would be like a bad sun burn, and that my afterwards it would look much better. I questioned why they couldn't do just "spots" where needed and they indicated that the skin would look different etc. Anyway, after treatment, by skin barely even reddened. The staff gave me some conflicting information about which "level" of treatment had occurred, then the back pedaled and confirmed the higher treatment-I think it was BS. No skin sloughed off, and all my age spots still existed. When I went back and complained, they THEN did a couple of age spots ONLY and BAM the next week those spots were gone. Clearly they could have done that from the beginning. They will upsell you, and then try and rationalize it. I don't think it was worth the money, and I don't trust them. read more

I drive all the way from Los Angeles to Ahava Medspa, because they are that good! The staff is so knowledgeable and I have received a variety of services that has been a blessing for my skin! I always attend their events to learn more about their skin products and other treatments and also to speak to Dr Haiavy! I've had an AMAZING facial with Alexis and left glowing! No joke! And I've had facial dark spot removal laser treatments and Botox/Dysport with Sophia and Sara (they are soooo kind and patient and honest)! I've also done laser hair removal with them for my legs and bikini! Other places I've done laser hair removal and it grows back. But with their new laser machines I think I had 2 or max 3 treatments and no more hair!!! and omg their Skin Products have magic in them. Have been here many times for a facial. My fav spot actually... or used to be. Alexis was my go to for AMAZING facials. She's no longer there, so tried one of the other ones. Will not be returning. I had an appointment for a procedure. Was originally told that I would receive a 20% discount for my birthday, but when they called for my appointment it was only 10%. When i talked to the person on the phone, we went over my options of what I was having done I made it VERY CLEAR that I wanted the LESS EXPENSIVE procedure that there WAS NO WAY I could afford a $2000 procedure! When I got there for my procedure I went into the back and the woman just said we were going to do what we had talked about at my last appointment - which she KNEW at that appointment that I could not afford BIG money (she was the one that told me about the birthday discount at 20% also). She did the procedure and took me to the front and they said my discount was $200. I put 2 and 2 together and said I did not want the $2000 procedure!!! I literally began to cry as my husband was going to kill me!! There is absolutely NOTHING they could do for me! They tried to sign me up on some site that was having some issues to try to get me some discount but it wasn't working! I BARELY had enough on my CareCredit and I PRAY I DON'T need it for the NEXT 3 years (or my husband!) as I will have to keep this a HUGE SECRET! I am SO DEPRESSED NOW and can't stop crying!! This was my birthday present! He thought it was going to cost $600 dollars and it now cost over $1700 (I had a deposit) I am going to have contact BBB and see if I can find help through someone else as this was not right!! I signed absolutely NOTHING to agree to this price before hand, not even a consent for service. They showed me NO PAPERWORK before hand! Something shady going on!! Their giving misleading information just lost my business. I registered for their webinar and was promised to be able to watch it since the webinar took place during working hours. Subsequently, I could not watch the webinar. Doing the same phone call that informed me of the webinar, I was told to check back on the website at midnight for deals they were offering. I did just that exactly when I was directed to do so and was on the website looking for the deals to no avail. Less than 12 hours later I called back telling them all this. They offered no deal less than 10 hours after they "offered the deals." Even if there were deals, they were up there for a hot minute even if you had tech skills, you couldn't find them. I call BS. Consultation and facial should be 1 and half hour but I was booked for 1 hour and then she keeps asking me of what treatment and how much percentage of acid was used.
