It also took 5 days instead of the scheduled 3 which left us looking for extra days of dog sitting and hotel expenses. The value is in the material and workmanship. They didn't get to our house until 4:30 in the evening and only stayed about an hour. They finished up the next day but my husband had to take two whole days off of work because of their failure to communicate and that is not fair.
