Leah helped me a lot in having me rank the different wedding related items to see what was important to me. This helped me with determining my budget and made me realize what was important for me to include in the wedding. Leah also followed up with me on certain vendors after our appointment and was always willing to help. The only downside with The Bridal Bar is that they only recommend vendors that pay them to advertise their services. Since they are in La Jolla, a number of the vendors are on the pricier side. There's no expense to you to use their services though, so I definitely recommend them to anyone planning their wedding in San Diego.

She met with us early on to give us guidance and a provided a general overview of important goal dates leading up to the big day. She helped calm my wedding fears by mentally preparing me for everything to come and always being positive and attentive with any worries I had. Since my husband and I are originally from Chicago and now living in SD as our home, roughly 95% of all of our guests would be flying in from out of town. We wanted to give them the ultimate San Diego destination wedding experience, and unconventional at that. With Brindy, that dream became a reality! From helping us to select a very unique venue (we ended up renting a private estate on the beach!) to bringing in and negotiating key pricing with our caterer and rental companies, Brindy was professional and on-top of each detail having the knowledge and experience from having planned many others weddings in the past. As the big day approached, she gave us great ideas for decorating the venue the day of and gave us ideas to save money all along the way, without ever having to sacrifice our overall vision or quality. As with any day of wedding, there were some hiccups, but thanks to Brindy I was oblivious to any of it while we were getting married and having the time of our lives. She took care of everything, from overseeing all vendors to making sure that all events took place timely and without any boring lulls like I've experienced at other weddings. Then her recommendations were just more than I could imagine myself. She made immediate accommodations for my family so it would be comfortable to sit. And worked with a florist to make a flower lei for my dog. Then, made sure the timeline was perfect so the vision was complete. The evening of the event was cloudy and super cold, but the beauty of it all helped us forget it. Everything from the details of the menu, flowers, food setup, beautiful desserts, blankets, to take away boxes...I couldn't have pictured anything better. She was super honest about pricing and wanted to be very accommodating about budget. Working with her was worth every dollar and I won't hesitate to reach out to her again for future events.
