Our job was no small feat -- moving the full contents of our one-bedroom apartment plus a packed storage units into a 2-bedroom, 2-bath home, all for a flat fee. To make things even trickier, the freight elevator was inconveniently located far from the unit, meaning every load required extra time and effort. Gary, along with Richard and Trey, arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They were not only professional, skilled, and efficient, but also incredibly warm and friendly from the moment they stepped in the door. It honestly felt like having close friends help us move -- except these friends also happen to be expert movers who wrap furniture perfectly, maneuver bulky items through tight corners, and load a truck like Tetris masters. Gary's team tackled the freight elevator challenge without a single complaint, carrying heavy boxes, instruments, electronics, and kitchen gear trip after trip, always smiling and checking to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. They were easy to talk to, genuinely kind, and made the whole day fun instead of stressful. Everything arrived in perfect condition, the entire move went faster than expected, and the flat fee was exactly as quoted -- no surprises.
