Initially, we called them when we just needed to get rid of a few things but didn't have a truck or vehicle that they could easily fit in. However, I was pleasantly surprised when we had to do a much larger clean out at my mothers house and they were able to bring yet a different vehicle that was large enough to accommodate everything. That has entailed a need to get rid of everything from an old big screen tv, mattresses, a sofa that weighed a metric ton, to miscellaneous things like scrap metal, rotted wood, old clothes, and enough dead leaves for a lifetime. I was shocked at the amount of actual "junk" we allowed ourselves to build up without brainstorming letting the professionals remove it, prior to now. I'm so glad we did though, because Junk Unlimited did the heavy lifting that would've taken us days, in a matter of a couple hours. Best of all, is that when I tried to be nosey (hehe) and find out where they dispose of people's junk, I was advised clothes and things of that nature are typically donated and that metals, old appliances, and things of that nature get recycled. Look at me being green with my dear old junk, LOL. When I reached out to Junk Unlimited, I was so pleased with their prompt response time, reasonable pricing, flexible hours including early mornings / weekends / evenings, and my overall customer experience. Then on the day of doing our junk removal, the Junk Unlimited team was so friendly and professional. They stayed on task with what we needed them to do and all the guys were very handsome *cough cough I meant polite, in case you're reading this, Husband LOL. They were literally in and out in no time and ready to head to their next gig, but I wanted to extend them some lunch I'd ordered for a job well done, before they left. The owner mentioned that they practice a standard of being early for their jobs, as what they consider to be on time so they couldn't sit to eat but after I insisted, they at least accepted to-go boxes I forced them out the door with. I can't say enough great things about Ralph and his team and would not hesitate to use Junk Unlimited's services again in the future.

Some of it was waterlogged so it weighed more than it should've (which didn't even occur to me) so I offered to pay more than he'd quoted since he'd make less profit after going to the dump. He refused and stuck to his original quote. Also, I don't know how he managed to fit everything in the back of his truck, but he did, tied it down well and covered it with a tarp so nothing would fly out while driving. He was super clear about taking it to the dump, so I know this stuff won't end up on the side of the road somewhere or dumped in the woods, too many people do that so they don't have to pay the dump fees. He worked quickly and was done loading in about a half hour. At least half of that time was spent rearranging stuff in the back of his truck so it would all fit and could be tied down. I'm holding onto his number! I will definitely use him again! Totally professional, courteous, and hardworking, I have only good things to say! If you need junk removal/construction debris removal, give him a shot, I only wish I'd found him sooner!
