Our experience started a little rough because the first lady serving us didn't seem very welcoming or interested in helping us, and at times came across a bit rude. However, the sweet girl and the gentleman who took over later completely turned the experience around. They were kind, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of throughout the party.
