I tore some things in my knee back in August & my lawyer sent me here. I've been in this place twice a week for months and it's never a dull moment with the staff. Although I've been to 3 other locations Virginia Ave is my favorite! The Physical Therapist is hilarious and every session is a good time. She pushes me past the fear I have of hurting myself again. Do not ever go to this place. First, we get to be seen by an inexperienced doctor who does not know anything. Second, they will overcharge you. This unknowledgeable doctor spent less than a minute with me, did not ask questions, did not even try to touch my injured arm muscle, did not perform any tests, and did not provide any advises for my torn bicep tendon. Then, the charged me $306 although their earlier text message informed me that my visit will be $100 min., which word they used as an excuse for the charge. read more

Do not use this place because my lawyer decided not to work with me because the other people didn't have insurance. I understand the doctors need to be paid but when I got the bill. I got a notice that they intended to file a lien against me not just the bill. I expected to get the bill. But not the bill with the intent to take me to court you haven't even given me the chance to pay the bill. Not only that I had another appointment they could have told me at the time of the appointment this is how much we need you to pay today. I got the bill with the notice they intend to sue me. Without giving me a bill first. If I can get this company zero Stars I would. The people there were nice but the way they do business is ridiculous. I visited this facility in July 2022, shortly after having experienced a car accident. I had lower back pain and an exacerbated shoulder injury which was limiting my mobility. I needed care. My insurance company was involved, reimbursing expenses and legally pursuing the at-fault driver. Therefore I neither needed nor wanted legal assist. When I contacted AICA, they nevertheless immediately provided me a referral to a legal services finder. Initially I was pleased because I was able to book a same-day appointment with AICA and the wait wasn't too bad, after arrival. However, they asked me to put in a personal security code to identify my account and stated it was needed to verify my regular attendance. Their computer would only accept a code that was a specific combo of something like my name and birthdate. I stated, this isn't very secure because any employee here and almost anyone else could easily guess the security code - knowing the specific code type that your computer mandates. The attendant said, "oh you're right ... I will bring this up to management". Feeling my info. was ¿real? safe, I entered the only 'insecurity code' the system would permit. That in and of itself is suspect but then, the paperwork they require you to sign basically absorbs you into a litigious cycle and signs over certain benefits from you, while obligating you to pay the office. I elected instead, to just pay upfront. Do you know these ¿professionals? turned away a patient in pain, in need of medical attention that they 'purportedly' provide ... because I wanted to just pay for their service (before receiving it), instead of signing into their typical litigation related processing! Naturally, I shouldered the slight like a man, in order to take my sore back and business elsewhere. The fly that broke the camel's back however, was when they had someone call me to 'win-back' the business! His role was to convince me to trust in their system. When I explained to him my situation didn't require an attorney ... I needed chiropractic care for pain relief. He expressed no interest. Didn't even respond to my text about how their interest in supporting litigation appears to far outreach their interest in providing care! read more

My overall experience here was GREAT!! The doctors were very attentive and thoroughly knowledgeable able their craft. Answered all my questions and concerns. Everyone from front office staff to the young ladies in the therapy room ( Jazmin and Latesha) were always welcoming and nice.
