    My friend and I came in for a bag of fluids today and had a great experience! We were greeted and checked in immediately upon walking in. We were both put in a room together with nobody else, and our bags were set up quickly. You have many different options that you can include with your bag of fluids, including zofran or toradol if you're sick. You can also get oxygen if needed, and the chairs are super comfortable and recline as well. Mary Kathryn stuck both of us on the first try even though we were both dehydrated, and she even sat and chatted with us. She's awesome, and I'm glad we came!

    Harrison and Brandon R. are the best duo, they both are super accommodating and knowledgeable. As uncomfortable my group and I are with needles, they made it a breeze.

    I only have great things to say about this place. From the moment I walked in I felt like I knew the staff for ages! They made my first IV treatment painless, and so relaxing! They are very knowledgeable about their services and helped me pick the right one! Being a full time traveler and part time partier--I knew I needed something to combat all the jet lag and hangovers! It was the best experience and I cannot wait to come back!

    Friendly staff and check in was easy, no problems honoring the coupon for $15 off from Yelp. Was never offered any water or really anything while we were there, never really got "checked in on" either, and the prices for non first timers is definitely a bit of sticker shock. Overall we'll probably try it again prior to travelling to see if we can keep from getting sick, but it's going to be a hard sell at their current prices.

    I the best time and best service at Hydra Plus. My paramedic, Georgia, was the highlight of my visit. Zack was very knowledgeable as well and helped me with recommendations of additions to my bag. I highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

    Very clean and comfortable facility. Nurses are always really friendly. I usually fall asleep during my treatment because I'm so relaxed.

    In March 2025, I went to Panacea for a chemical peel with their esthetician, Heather, because I…read morewanted to look my best for my upcoming engagement. During my visit, I casually mentioned that my under eye area was starting to look hollow, but that I was nervous about filler in such a sensitive area. Heather recommended Ultherapy, explaining it would help my body naturally produce collagen and in turn plump up the skin. I trusted she knew what she was doing and agreed to go for it. It was the worst decision I have made in my 34 years. The procedure was extremely painful and right before finishing, Heather said she was going to use a higher setting and treat under my eyes one more time. In that moment, she essentially carved into my face and destroyed the fat under my eyes. After I finished peeling, my under eyes looked awful. I developed severe discoloration, and I began waking up with under eye bags, something I had never had before ever in my all my life. I reached out to Heather, and she acknowledged the darkness, telling me to wait another week and that I would likely peel again. That never happened, and my under eyes did not improve. Realizing Heather did not know what she was talking about, I saw a dermatologist for a second opinion. He was shocked Ultherapy was used on me given my age, lack of wrinkles, and low facial fat. He told me Ultherapy should not be performed on patients with low facial fat, especially around the eyes. I brought this information back to Heather, and she arranged for me to meet with one of the female surgeons, I think name is Kimberly. Both Heather and the Kimberly repeatedly insisted Ultherapy was safe and could not have caused the damage I was experiencing. Because of the discoloration, Kimberly kindly offered me free of charge MOXI laser treatments and told me I could return as many times as needed until the problem was corrected, and that Maria would perform the treatments. I completed three MOXI treatments with Maria. The first two visits were fine, but by the third, she became dismissive and had the audacity to question whether I expected the treatment to be free. I said yes, because that was what I had been told and I still clearly had discoloration under my eyes. She went on to say I was taking up time on her schedule, benefiting from use of the machine, and because of that I should pay something and would check with Kimberly on how much it should be. Kimberly honored her word (suck it, Maria) and confirmed the treatment would remain complimentary, which I appreciated. At that point I was turned off completely and I asked whether it would be safe to use a higher setting so I wouldn't have to keep returning. Maria said yes. That was another mistake I made. After the third treatment, my under eyes looked even more sunken, the darkness spread further, and I developed fine lines and wrinkles in the areas she lasered. I was absolutely horrified and became severely depressed. After seeing three different dermatologists, I finally found one who correctly diagnosed the issue: the discoloration was not hyperpigmentation, but hemosiderin staining. I was told that using high setting, heat based lasers in such thin skin caused fat atrophy which exposed more of my vascular system, and on top of that traumatized the blood vessels, leading to the staining/discoloration. I have spent close to $4,000 on filler appointments and specialist visits to diagnose and treat the damage caused by Heather and Maria. What started as a $300 cosmetic appointment has resulted in not only loss of significant money but also loss of self-esteem, and permanent damage that I will have to live with for the rest of my life. TL;DR: The medspa staff at Panacea are ill-informed and uneducated on the lasers/machines that they use and have caused irreversible damage that has deeply scarred me mentally and physically. Please stay clear of getting procedures done at this practice's medspa.

So, if you want to rejuvenate your skin from the inside out and get firmer glowing skin this is for you. I can't recommend it enough. Any procedure is only as good as the person administering it and Maria is as good as it gets!

My sister and I had scheduled 5:00 PM appointments, arrived early, and still waited over an hour before our IVs were even started, with only ONE other customer there. No communication, no check-ins, nothing. At one point my sister pressed the call button multiple times because she urgently needed to use the restroom and was literally stuck with an IV in her arm, and no one came for nearly 20 minutes. We didn't leave until 7:15 PM. Over two hours for something that should have taken about an hour. I was already sick and this experience made it worse. But honestly, the real issue is how Britt handled it after. Instead of taking accountability, she immediately jumped to excuses. She blamed "unforeseen circumstances," another guest, prep time, anything but her own business operations. Even when we clearly explained that we had scheduled appointments and there was only one other person there, she continued to deflect. Then came the communication issues, which were honestly shocking for a business owner. She ignored our emails for days at a time, pushed for phone calls but would only offer weekend availability even after we repeatedly said we were only available on weekdays, and then justified it by saying weekends were the only time she could talk because she has kids. While I can empathize with being busy, that is not the customer's responsibility to accommodate, especially when it is her business that failed. At one point, after a full week of no response, she replied to our availability with a single word: "Ok." That alone tells you everything you need to know about how seriously she takes her customers. She also tried to shift blame onto us, saying there may have been a "lack of communication" on our end and even questioning whether we actually pressed the call button, despite us clearly stating we did multiple times. Being told "our staff said that didn't happen" instead of addressing the issue is incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. And after all of this, she flat out refused a refund, stating "you both received the therapies you ordered" and ended the conversation with "I think it's time for us to move on." That is not how you treat paying customers, especially loyal ones. This was not just a bad appointment. It was a complete failure in customer care, accountability, and professionalism from the top down. I would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been going to Replenish for years and have spent hundreds of dollars there. Despite being a long-time, loyal customer, my complaint was not taken seriously in the end. But the most shocking part was dealing with Britt, the owner. Instead of taking responsibility, she immediately went into excuse mode. She blamed timing, another guest, prep work, anything she could think of.
