This location is easily accessed and the staff were both professional and congenial. I highly recommend them and would even say, the other locations would be worth consideration as well. I was able to sign in online and establish an appointment with them in a timely manner. Their system texted me the time slot and their sign-in was very accommodating. The main lobby was professional and modern feeling. While the desk was set close to the rest of the lobby, the sign-in process was cleverly private - allowing any communication for the purpose of your visit to remain between you and the office staff. I made my initial contact with them early in the morning hours and was able to secure a time slot for less than 3 hours later. Next time I consider needing to go to one of the Minute Clinics, I will use this group instead. I am very pleased with their discovery and appreciative to the Emory Care Groups for their recommendation. The physician I interacted with was excellent and very approachable. The entire staff was personable, which is no small matter for a facility that's open as many hours as they are, hah!

Normally I am a germaphobe but this hospital was so clean (at least on the surgery side) that I had no issues with feeling like I was covered in germs. The inside is well lit, especially after the sun comes up. There are plenty of plug in outlets for phones or other technology. Lulu's Cafe has some great food that is not overpriced. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was huge. I was full for over half the day. The cafe offers a lot of different options. There is an older gentleman named Paul who walks around asking if anyone needs anything or has any questions. He was there when we went in for post op and there when we were waiting for the surgery. It's nice to have someone to offer assistance when you are stressed, waiting during a loved ones surgery. The short stay rooms are clean and the nurses are very understanding and kind. My girlfriend ended up being the last patient on the hall but they never got pushy. They let her wake up and accomplish her goals to leave as she felt like she could. They are very attentive. If they tell you they will be back in ten minutes, they will be back in ten minutes. Everyone was friendly from the front desk employees to the nurses and anesthesiologist.

After being taking back to the room in which the study would be held, we were asked to complete more paperwork and for the packet of paperwork we had filled out. This was an arduous process that SHOULD HAVE been done BEFORE 8:30 pm. Skip to the morning where the instructions clearly state to pick up patients between 5-6 am. With no further direction from the clinic or my grandmother I arrived at 510 - with my grandmother still sleeping. This appointment was a disaster from the beginning to end and I am disappointed with the quality of customer service provided by this facility.

My primary care provider of over 3 years was no longer in my network so I had to search for a new one. I scheduled an appointment here, after worrying and fretting, and calling different practices including Emory Clinic, AbsoluteCare, Intown Primary Care, and others in a very short amount of time. Like, 3-5 days later as opposed to 1-2 months later as the other practices were quoting me. I was a bit nervous due to the reviews that I had read here on Yelp, but I bit the bullet and looked at the positives...including the fact that all my other doctors are now WellStar and there would be the continuity of care. My appointment was absolutely awesome. It's a small neighborhood practice backed by a major healthcare conglomerate so it can take advantage of the benefits while remaining true to itself. I get there, and talk to "T" at the front desk and she so nice. I had already filled out the paperwork online so there was no need to do that again. They took me right back, and I met with the nurse and a medical student who took my medical history, even though it was in the MyChart portal. Dr. Lockwood then came in the room. He was soooo nice, knowledgable, funny, and inclusive of all lifestyles and types of people. He is a standup comedian/actor by night, and that shows in his medical practice. Dr. L's bedside manner was awesome. He was personable, and told me he had researched my history and called my other doctors when he was doing his homework on new patients coming in that day. He is totally willing to work with me and my healthcare. He did bloodwork, and the results were back lightning fabst (that evening) in the state-of-the-art Patient Portal that WellStar utilizes. I can't be more happy with a medical practice than I have been so far (albeit one visit) with Dr. Lockwood and the WellStar Family Medicine team in Inman Park. I go back in about a week to get my "snoz" rechecked (I had a swollen and painful nose that I had seen urgent care for a few days prior to my visit) in a few weeks, and I am sure the visit will be outstanding. Big mistake, they cashed the check but somehow never marked that I paid the 2nd co-payment. I was sent a bill, I called told the billing department, they said no problem, they would correct their mistake. Instead they sent it to collections and had it put on my credit report. I did not find out till recently when I checked my reports. Despite disputing AND calling them to ask them to correct it. They never did and then denied my dispute. Very annoying!
