Today I stopped in to ask if Dr. Aimee could perform an injection for sciatica and to make sure they had this medicine in stock. Just that question only, before I went to the emergency room. What I experienced was a total different no customer service attitude response to my kindness and concern. This is nothing like the medical professional service that we are use to experiencing. I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes before I was greeted. Once the young lady appeared I was immediately given an attitude for no reason and she would not make eye contact nor apologize for keeping us waiting as three employees were laughing and socializing. They looked at us and we looked at them through the entry door window that leads back to the treatment area. I asked if I could call her right quick on the phone she said no. I said I could email her. She will not assist with that. She said if I did they would get back to me in a few days as I'm standing there with no one in the waiting room and no patients coming or going. She told me I would have to pay $150 and then she would see me (Dr. Aimee.) Super unprofessional all around. It is very disappointing as I am in tremendous pain and wanted to see a physician I could trust. My family and I will not be coming back.

The administrative staff is rude and combative, especially the office manager. My last visit was a follow-up for blood work, which somehow took an hour. The office manager, who was not wearing a mask, would not let my partner accompany me inside due to Covid. One would think that she would be wearing a mask if Covid was a concern, but alas. They sent my pharmacy conflicting prescriptions, the blood work left a bruise for over a week, every appointment take at least an hour, usually closer to 2 hours, you spend all of your time waiting in a room before talking to a PA for maybe 5 minutes. It's an all around awful experience.

I cannot attest to their worth as doctors but this seems vengeful and sour grapes. Seems there's a better way to resolve your business disputes than taking it out on patients.

He seemed genuinely interested in understanding and healing her many health issues. He was also extremely knowledgeable about prescription medicine, even some of her psychotropic medications! They rarely return phone calls. Physician: Dr. Waters no longer sees my family member, she passed my family member off to a Nurse Practitioner, the NP is professional and friendly and so far I haven't had any issues with her care, but she isn't a MD. Office: Office is not too small and nothing special. The last time I went inside the television was off? I'm not sure if they had enough money to purchase Netflix, Hulu or Cable? I'm not sure if it's because she's hurting financially (see TV comment above) or what the reason is, but my family member went to a scheduled appointment and asked them to fill out a form for work; they wanted to charge an extra $25 fee to fill out a paper for her job. This medical office has gone from being one of the best in Atlanta to being just like all the others, not very good. Summary: Overall, because it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone or get return phone calls, because they want to nickel and dime you for every single thing and because they have to send patients out for many things now, I would definitely not suggest Dr. Waters anymore. Let me just say thank God they didn't have the "you-can't-see-a- different-physician-in-our-practice" policy like another medical practice I used to go to. Both Dr Moore-Waters and Dr. D'Souza are great doctors, hands down!! Absolutely no complaints there. Very thorough, friendly and very informative. It's hard to find great physicians like them these days. Now here comes the minor negative.....and I really mean minor negative.... No x-ray facility so if you needed a chest or spinal x-ray, you'd have to trek to Dekalb Medical Center. The clerical staff seemed absent minded at times. I'd call to ask a question and get transferred around sometimes. It wasn't a constant thing but it certainly happened here and there and was frustrating. Now here is why I've taken a one star deduction. I called to make an appointment last month and not only was I informed Dr. D'Souza was no longer with the practice but I was also informed the practice had moved to Tucker, GA. I was shocked because I wasn't notified about any of this and really felt left out in the cold. At this point I feel like I'm at a crossroads. Tucker is not terribly far but I feel like the carpet has been pulled out from under me. I glad they were ope and made appointment online on way to the clinic. The place was clean, organized and front desk helped explain everything up front including exactly how much everything cost and short quick strait to the point patient form. I got back to the room quickly waiting less than 20th an and the entire visit took less than an hour to get everything done. Although it was little set back to have to lay out of pocket, I know it would be much cheaper than going through insurance or having the headache of getting a bill later. The staff was nice and helpful. The staff were knowledgeable and gave plan of care that made sense and reasonable explaining of why they are using these treatments. Will keep this place in mind and recommend for future use.

Know what the effective treatment has been every time. I haven't been sick long enough with it apparently. As I've had a sinus infection 3 years ago, they asked if I'd seen an ENT. Waste of half a day off work. Had poison ivy. Had it before. Knew exactly what's was going on. Knew when, where and how I got it. When poison ivy starts sprouting, I will come in contact with it because I don't see it. Argued with me as to what it was and didn't want to treat it. I had to demand the effective treatment of steroids and cream. Had an ear ache. Knew what my symptoms were. It was Summer. Had been to the beach. 3 trips to this location for three different incorrect and unsuccessful diagnoses. They went as far as to tell me I had a fungal ear infection and I needed an ENT. Nope. Went to my GP and they removed wax buildup I had pushed deep by accident. Instantly better. Listening to the patient and treating them the first time is all I'm looking for. This location demonstrates they cannot do that. Not steering me to an ENT 5 weeks in the future. I have had multiple visits that resulted in incorrect or unreliable treatment. All the ailments were run of the mill, seasonal situations, with easy, common remedies. This ain't an episode of HOUSE. Edit: they did finally give me a script for antibiotics, so the visit wasn't a whole washout. One star added back.
