Despite this, we were still charged the full month of May 2026 for $185. When I spoke with the owner, Mr. Hugo Juarez, he explained that a 30-day notice is required for account cancellation. Unfortunately, throughout the entire month of April, our family was focused on medical testing and coordinating surgery with El Paso Children's Hospital for our 9-year-old daughter, making it difficult to provide advance notice. We respectfully explained our situation, including the financial strain caused by my needing to miss a full week of work to care for her during surgery and recovery. Given these circumstances, we asked for understanding and consideration regarding the charge.

Upon picking her up for the last time she has poop running down her leg and I was forced to change her outside in the cold. To start, there was so much "miscommunication" and a huge language barrier. I've lived in multiple countries and know how to get around this issue well, but they were unwilling to take necessary actions to do so. Enrolling was great, but once my daughter was enrolled the issues began to pile up. If you or your children don't speak Spanish fluently do not enroll your children here. I told them I suspected a food allergy, and was informed that since I didn't have a doctors note that they couldn't be responsible, they would still give it to her because the state required, or I would have to bring all of her meals since she couldn't have certain types of fruit. We were sent home with other children's bottles, or without her things entirely. She has come home with scratches, bruises, and other issues and they NEVER would tell me how it happened. She's been in the care of others before and NEVER been as sick as she has been in the past 2 months. I was never allowed to see her inside playing with the other children. They only sent 2 pictures from her entire time being there.

I had just had life saving surgery a few months prior and finally had gotten clearance from my doctor to start exercising. I didn't have a routine and was looking for something that I would enjoy and get me off the couch for a bit. I was also suffering from a massive hernia but didn't know it. I thought it was just my belly and swelling from my surgery. I messaged Michelle and she had me come in. We talked, caught up, and also met Antwoine. We danced right away and we both knew it was going to be great. They are both amazing people, they care for their students and are supportive. I have had two more surgeries since I started dancing and about to go for my third due to my hernia. They will let you know if they feel your health is being effected but they will also push you on your limits. I've learned so much about myself in the past year since I started dancing and I've improved. They're also open for ideas for routines and they are so creative that they run with it.
