We needed two rooms and a kitchen painted, ceilings included. Communication was good, price was reasonable and the quality of work was very good. They showed up on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and left the area as clean as they found it. Noel's knowledge and experience during the initial survey was evident. He was accommodating, knows what he's talking about and communicates clearly. He returned at the end of the project and walked thru everything with me to ensure I was happy with the results. They are bonded and insured. They also replaced an exterior panel on the back of some kitchen cabinets, stained it and installed some new trim. The new stain on the trim didn't quite match the existing stain after it dried, so I asked them to return and see if they could get a better match. These guys did a great job making our old crappy garage walls look like new! The previous owner had clearly done DIY work with the drywall and paint and Noel and his crew removed old crappy wood shelving, put up new drywall, and painted beautifully. They hauled everything away and did it all for a competitive price. My only critique would be that sometimes they're arrival times would change without notice and were a bit unpredictable but I WFH so it didn't impact me much. On the day he was supposed to start e never showed up in the morning, so I called and talked to his wife who said he would be there as soon as he finished up another job. I waited all day for him to show up, so I called again and she said she would call him and get right back to me and that never happened. This went on for a few days, me calling and texting with no answer. They stopped answering my calls, texts and emails. He could have had the courtesy to tell me he didn't want my business anymore !! We first used Aiden's Quality Painting in 2016 when we remodeled our kitchen. We were so pleased with the results that we hired them to paint more of our interior, months later. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Noel, the owner is so personable and the entire crew is professional and courteous. When we needed to pressure wash our synthetic wood deck, they did that with care as well. Every job they've done for us was 5 stars; therefore, when we decided to paint the exterior of our home and fences, there was no question to who we were going to call: Aiden's Quality Painting!! We gave them a deadline and they delivered early NEVER once skimping on their level of quality. They repaired holes and removed old nails and worked on areas that had wood rot. They even restored our ratty old front door (thanks Hellio and Lalo). The door looks BRAND NEW and we love it! Noel and his team did a great job of painting my condo. They did the work efficiently and I'm very happy with the prep and paint work. However there were several items that were not returned to their previous state such as pocket door pulls and light switch plates. There was also a light sconce broken and a glass light cover broken. I asked Noel to make an effort to restore these items or replace them and nothing was done. Probably because I made the mistake of assuming they would be done by the time I paid and he had cleaned up. I now have to pay for three light fixtures which is why I couldn't leave 5 stars. read more
