Gene was very responsive to our needs from the moment we started quoting the project. He came out and reviewed the scope of work and gave us a professional quote that was extremely reasonable. He was eager and excited to take on our large project! We had all the gutters, fascia, soffits, downspouts, garage doors, porch ceilings and columns all painted black. He put us on the schedule and delivered exactly on his dates from start to finish. His crew was very nice to work with and they cleaned up every night. I was thoroughly impressed with Gene Aiello & Sons painting. I needed to get my master bedroom painted on a really short time schedule. Gene was referred to me by a friend. I reached out on a Tuesday, he came by Thursday and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job and emailed me a copy of the quote to review before committing. He stopped by to have the contract signed Friday morning and had someone at our house all day Saturday until the job was done. It is hard to find reliable help today and Gene surpassed our expectations. He was timely, reasonably priced and did exceptional work. A bonus is we could leave his painter unattended in our home while we ran errands and prepared to put our bedroom back together once the painting was complete. Gene and his crew did a fantastic job updating our newly purchased home. We had a tight timeline for when we needed to move in and they accommodated and more! They made it so easy, walking us through the paint selection process and then they always arrived on time and cleaned up their work area. I hired Aiello and Sons to repaint the interior of our new home before we moved any furniture in. Gene was able to schedule me in right away and finished the job ahead of schedule, which was a huge help in expediting our move. They did a fantastic job, working around a lot of elaborate trim work and built in bookcases, and also patched the countless nail holes throughout the house. if I could give less than 1 star i would. Job completion delayed - would only work a couple of hours. to pay he uses a system that charges 6% tax on labor and from my understanding labor is not taxed. in the middle of the job he said he couldn't finish leaving us in a mess as our movers were scheduled and we wanted the painting finished before we moved in. I would really think hard before engaging this company and get written completion date. read more
