The crew showed up when they said they would and the guys were very careful around the house and gardens. Miraculously, no paint was spilled anywhere (not my experience with other contractors). The crew paid meticulous attention to detail. My house is a very difficult one, with lots and lots of places that require painting and many of them are in difficult places. The roof edge board on one side of my house is 35' off the ground, causing two painting contractors to not give me a quote. Another contractor turned me down because my second floor windows on the back of the house required the painters to walk on skylights. The result was perfection. In the photos we can see a low voltage ring was utilized where a new work box would have been appropriate per code. My house, potentially the most expensive item that I'll ever purchase, is very important to me. And when an individual exposes my house to violations such as these, I have to communicate as such. I called to see if they were satisfied with the job and my neighbor told me that he's just JZ for many years and has always been highly satisfied. I am putting my house on the market and needed to freshen up some things. As we were looking at that project he commented on my flight of concrete stairs, which were in sorry shape. He told me he could do that, along w/ power washing.
