At the time all businesses were closed due to coved 19. Dr Stryker agreed to meet me in his office and he spent more than an hour trying to dig out the tiniest piece of screw which had to come out. I couldn't believe the patients he has! He explained everything about the prosess to me and when his office opened back up, they called me I went back and met a lot of the staff and they are so nice and professional! Needless to say I had a great experience and I highly recommend them!! The office is clean and they took all the precautions needed at this time. In 2018, I saw Dr. Gerber in the hopes that he could advise me as to how best proceed. Since my insurance only covers crowns once every five years, I wasn't sure what my repair options would be. He advised me that even though insurance wouldn't cover the cost for new crowns, in the meantime I could take care of my teeth with regular cleanings, checkups, etc. So I scheduled a second appointment for a cleaning. A few days before, however, his office called me to cancel my appointment and they informed me that they ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK ON MY TEETH. With so many previous bad experiences with dentists, this dentist has yet again destroyed all of my confidence in dentistry. They took my insurance money for x-rays for a consultation, claimed they would be able to help me until the crowns could be replaced, then did a complete 180 by telling me to find someone else altogether! This facility definitely does not care about people or the health of their teeth.
