Stay away from this practice. Their billing practices are not in line with common practices - like requiring full payment upfront despite having insurance. Not reimbursing for overcharges after insurance has paid. Services charged that have not been submitted to insurance because "they won't pay". And told by one dentist that I need a service that no other dentist has said I need. And some of the dental assistants don't seem to have any experience or education. A shame, because Dr. Ahmed is a very good dentist technique-wise.

After an exam, he explained that I had a rare but treatable tear to the cementum (part of tooth). Of course, he couldn't be 100% sure, but he carefully explained the procedure, risks and possibilities. We decided to go through with it. He did, in fact, find the tear. And repaired the tooth and bone tissue during the procedure. When I returned to my regular dentist, he was so surprised -- he in fact had never heard of this condition.
