Everyone minds their own business & gets along well with each other. Kids are all friends & RARELY ever have problems. In fact, they ALL PLAY together at the park that's between buildings B & C. No one really bothers you & if there are people that DONT BELONG ON THE PROPERTY... WE ASK THEM TO LEAVE. We've had families here for more than 15, 20, & some 30 years. And we use to have a beautiful view of the west side too, until the RAIL got in the way. Lol! And then there's the east bound view & the north bound. For what it's worth, this place is perfect for those who really needs a place to stay with a family of 3 or 4 or MORE. Maybe not more than 7 because that'll be our 4 bedroom units & those are very limited & they're ALL OCCUPIED RIGHT NOW. You won't ever get in unless someone moves out. And THAT is once in a BLUE MOON. So aim for the 2 or 3 bedrooms. Elementary is right down the road. With school bus transportation pick up outside the building for elementary students. Hugh school & intermediate school bus pick up is down the road, on the corner of the side street. Shopping centers are in walking distance. Fast food restaurants, other shops in the area too. FREEWAY to BOTH WESTSIDE & TOWNSIDE & the H3 is down the road as well. Easy access into the valley & out of the valley. Traffic can be really backed up on MOANALUA but if you live here, you can either take the back roads or cut off to stadium & BOOM you're home in no time. Just renovated the apartments about 5 years ago. Still doing some upgrades & fix ups here & there. Can't really complain about this place except for the building of the rail really. Oh and if there's traffic noise. And maybe the ambulances, police & firetrucks that fly by during their drills. Pearl Harbor is right across the street of us. Arizona Memorial & the Museums too. Ford island is nearby. Sunsets are beautiful. You can see the sun set on partial cloudy day. Pearlridge is down the road, as well as Pearl Kau & Pearl City. They have MORE TRAFFIC than here. Lele…read morePono is one of the tall high rises in the area that you can see on the H-1 when passing Aiea and the building is diagonally across Macy's Pearlridge. The building is gated and guests may park in one of the many parking stalls they have with access from residents. Tandem parking stalls are available for some residents. I house/condo-sat on a couple of occasions and loved it because of the security, convenience and amenities. The residents in this condo are for the most part friendly and quiet. The property has a pool deck that includes a hot tub and a couple of cabanas where we've had pool parties at on a couple of occasions. Lele Pono's prime location makes it convenient to shop and dine because they're in walking distance to Pearlridge Center, Pearl Kai and West Ridge. If you're looking for a condo in Aiea, I would definitely check out Lele Pono. It's a relatively safe and quiet building with a security guard on property 24/7. Not to mention, you'll have a great view of the mountains in Aiea, Pearl City, Makakilo, etc. and an awesome view of Pearl Harbor.

The apartments are very cute and very functional. Separate living rooms, a nice size kitchen, a full bathroom, assigned parking, air conditioning and pets are also welcome. There is separate laundry facility on each floor and large elevators. The office staff is very helpful and resourceful. They coordinate and schedule many activities for the residents which helps to create a loving family environment for everyone. I love visiting because everyone is always happy and so welcoming. There's a pool and jacuzzi, play parks for the littles to enjoy and some guest parking. I even reached out to the property manager who's actually on property to rent out the pool area for a party. Very easy going and very communicative. Been loving this community so far. Close to restaurants, schools, libraries dining and shopping.
