I have been coming here for several years for different treatments, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. If it wasn't for this facility, I would never have known about so many things that I had been doing wrong or simply had not been informed of when I had previous surgeries. I had previously sought out different massage places but that advertise lymphatic massages but it's only the ultrasound, no massage and none of the other treatments this facility provides you - plus all their advice. They are all trained to provide the best care for you and actively listen to your concerns. They have an extensive check-in process where you provide information on the procedures you have had and when they conduct the initial evaluation, they go over everything with you. I just had my consultation and they handled my body with care and were extra careful with the stitches I have and worked around the area. In all my visits, never has any staff member made me uncomfortable or violated in anyway. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. They always treat me with respect and listen to my concerns. They educated me on all the post-op care I need to partake in to ensure the most optimal results. Having done my surgery in another country, they take my doctor's concerns and request into consideration when I tell them, and my doctor is very comfortable with all the information that I provide to him from them and vice versa. I have even brought my mother here for facial treatment provided by Ms. Ana. For any post-op care I need, facials, and other treatments - this business has a customer for life. read more

I am very disappointed with my experience at this facility. I have been bringing my very dear friend to and from all her appointments and simply wanted to sit in the waiting area while she was finishing up. The first time I sat there and wasn't told not to sit there, the second time they made me feel unwelcome by asking me to wait in my car. They even went as far as personally texting my friend (the one getting treatment done) that I wasn't allowed to wait in the reception area after the third visit. For a place that handles patients after surgery, I expected more compassion and professionalism. This policy, which is also not mentioned anywhere in the office or before scheduling, made the whole experience stressful and uncomfortable. I came for my second post-op massage on 2/4/26. I was 13 days post-op lipo with fat transfer to breasts. I was scheduled with Eva again. I changed and laid on the table with a towel covering my breasts. Eva came in and said "Let's see" then removed the towel and started pressing on and doing massage strokes in my breasts WITHOUT my consent. Startled, I told her my doctor said no pressure because the fat cells are sensitive and I'm still healing. She said "I know" and continued. She completely disregarded my concerns. She never asked me if I consented to her removing the towel and touching my breasts. My surgeon is the only one who I want assessing my breasts, NOT a massage therapist. I was not there for a breast massage. I informed the front desk upon check out. I also emailed the owners. They suggested putting me with another massage therapist. However, I did not feel comfortable and I felt my concerns weren't taken seriously when I spoke with one of the owners. I requested a refund for my package, as I will continue my post-op massages at a new establishment. They refunded me. Now my surgeon has to assess the damage Eva may have caused. If she caused damage I will hold Eva accountable for any revisions. She has been working here since 2019, but she should know not to do that. This is wrong on so many levels and I feel violated. She didn't do that in my first massage, but that could be because one of the owners was present for a duration of the massage. I will never return. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!! read more

I had a great experience with Aikana. The front desk was very pleasant and friendly, remember your name. The location is always clean and smells great. My favorite were all the techs I had. They were always very friendly, professional, patient and always had great recovery recommendations. My only complaint is that the rooms sometimes ran too cold, maybe warming up the tables a little earlier? And the gel they used was always freezing so maybe a gel warmer? I sent Aikana center a message and they made me an appointment for the first day they reopened on June 1. I received 12 treatments from The ladies here and I was very pleased with the customer service, cleanliness, and services provided. I would definitely recommend anyone who need med spa services to go to this center. I started my sessions right before The COVID shutdown. I was informed that they were closed and reach out when they reopened. I did not receive a call or mailer only a text. The text was during the time I was burying a loved one who died from COVID. As I am going through and realizing that I hadn't rescheduled or heard from them, I searched in my phone and found the number. I called to schedule or see when I could resume and was told since they sent me a text and didn't hear back then all is lost. I was shocked a little. I even asked why wasn't there a follow up. The receptionist said "Well we have a lot of clients and cannot follow up with them all!" And all then I was told is "oh well I'm sorry!" I wasn't rude I just said thanks and good bye. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to finish getting massages near home, but I came across this wonderful place! Everyone is so friendly and sweet! Ana, the owner is amazing! I was developing fibrosis, but within a couple of sessions I started seeing a huge difference! The massages do hurt, but as Ana says, "no pain no gain" lol. Amazing!! I have had several Plastic surgery procedures and each time I drove back and forth to NYC to get the proper post op drainage and massages. When I discovered this place I almost cried. They are heaven sent!! Because I had not been to NYC consistently in the past couple of months I was starting to develop very bad fibrosis on my tummy. They did a great job. Got about 8 massages done, plus the draining massage immediately post laser lipo. HIGHLY recommend you do at a minimum the draining massage immediately after your laser lipo. This really helped with swelling and pain. Most of all, it helped reduce the lumpy tissue I had after lipo. I started out with large, very painful lumps that were very visible. I freaked out. Every massage was a little better and less painful. Now, 2 months later, I am totally lump free. The only place I wish they had spent more time was on my chin. I have tiny non-visible lumps there still. Overall, great investment and should be considered a part of the lipo investment. read more

I'm writing this on behalf of my wife who is dealing with fibrosis . We found Aikana on yelp and Ava the masseuse really has done a great job. My fibrosis issues are nearly gone and I don't have much pain. I also want to thank Ana for help and support with questions I've had and guiding me through this. They are upfront about what pain you'll have at first but also explain to you how to manage it. They really treated me like I was special and cared about my problem.
