Truly enjoyed my service! Oksana helped me and it was a comfortable, relaxing, and fun experience! Actually by the time I got to the hair drying part I said aloud "this is fun!" Lol. I did the 70 minute Royal head spa treatment. I know heads spas are a new thing. My friend mentioned one she had in another city and I thought it would be fun to try. And it was delightful! When I called for an appointment, a female answered and asked me if I can come in one hour. When I get there, she was not there. Instead of her, there was an old man. He was nice but I didn't expected. I would rather have a female therapist. During the treatment, he cleared his throat several time and he hiccuped. It was not relaxing. He gave me a massage on my back but it wasn't good. This treatment was just someone was washing my head. Nothing was special. I felt like I was wasting my time and money. I won't come back again. I'll start with the good - The location is new and clean. Linens are clean. Setup is private enough. Easy appointment as it was not booked up yet. They use an infused water for the hair washing which is super interesting. Bad - I had a male!! Shocking. You should at least get a choice! Your shirt and bra are off and there is a towel but still. He was Very rough, almost like he was petting my head versus combing through my hair. My girlfriend had a woman and she said it was so nice and relaxing... I said it was deep cleansing at best. I was worried he would be pulling some of my hair which is delicate! No glove when he did the facial part. His hands are bigger so couldn't fit between my eye/nose area well. Soap in my eyes. He also forgot lotion at the end.... So left with no lotion on my face. Other details he missed like he would have hair stuck on his hand or wrist during the facial so I would feel it dragging. Just details he should've noticed or I think a woman would've paid attention to. He was putting the hair dryer so close to my scalp. He also speaks no English so he couldn't communicate what he was doing next which is rough when your eyes are closed! Now his neck massage was great, no lie there. Oh and their hair products are like target brand. I would just expect higher end when paying $200 for a hair service. Won't be going back but if going, please ensure you get one of the women. I was in the area and thought I would give this Spa a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The therapist that worked on me was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I decided to get a foot massage along with a medium pressure Swedish massage. Great choice!!! Once my foot massage was done, she provided a wonderful Swedish massage with a concentration on my shoulders, lower back, and hamstrings using hot stones and it felt epic. She also got the kinks out my neck and scratched and lightly massage my scalp. I will definitely be going back as this was a great experience. I was so disappointed in my experience. First of all, I would think with a service like this you would be able to choose either a man or woman to provide the service. This is not an option when you book online and you are not asked a preference when you get there. Please keep in mind you remove clothes and are wrapped in a towel and an eye mask is placed after you lie down so you are essentially blindfolded. Second, when I go to get a massage it is implied that there will be a certain degree of skill/technique used and that was simply not the case. He was so rough with my hair I felt like I was at a dog groomer. Finally, I expected my hair to be decently dried since I had other places to go and errands to run. He barely applied product and I walked out looking like a muppet. Not one single part of my experience was enjoyable or relaxing. I do not plan to go back. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but I hope I can save someone else from wasting their money or at least see someone else at the salon. I had the male, nice guy, but oh my god I felt abused. Nothing felt good or relaxing whatsoever. It felt like he was digging his hands into my skull and trying to press into my brain. I told him he was being too rough multiple times but he kind of chuckled and it didn't get better. Someone messing with your head/hair should be soothing not aggressive :( and I have a high pain tolerance. I would rather my toddler brush my hair and leave it in knots than go through that again. I left with a headache. Such a bummer because being 3 months postpartum, I was really looking forward to it. There wasn't a foot massage or neck/shoulder massage either as the website stated. Not a good experience at all! First, I booked an appointment with a female, she greeted me and walked me to the room. Once i was on the table a male walked in. Not okay for business. Ultimately I am okay with a male but not everyone is. Second, the massage was TERRIBLE. They do not follow what's advertised!!! No neck and shoulder massage!! Not relaxing not enjoyable. It was HORRIBLE! They will literally drown you with the water sprinkler. The water is supposed to be around the neck area but the whole time the water is splashing on your face. The experience is not relaxing at all! You can hear others talking and people walking in and out. Also, the hair drying station is very close by in the lobby therefore you hear that during the massage. Also, the hair drying portion is POINTLESS. They don't even dry a little bit of the hair, i left with soaking wet hair! Most definitely not worth the price AT ALL! read more
