The local Maine HomeAdvisor recommendations never even contacted me. Jeff used lasers to make sure the slope was right on a very long run. The attention to detail really impressed me. One example are flow diverters on walls to keep the water from going to the house. Also, how beautifully the down spouts were directed to "flow" with the house. They really care that you are satisfied. I have not seen that in a contractor in awhile. The gutters look great. Jeff even made 2 barrel diverters for our house. The gutters and down spouts are held to the house by brackets, not long nails that come loose and accelerate the rotting of wood. And there are a lot of them. We also got the roof extenders to keep the water from dribbling between the gutter and the wood. And we got the FlexxPoint covers for maintenance free gutters. If anyone wants to see some pictures of our project and the attention to detail ask Gutter Solutions for my email address. One neighbor was so impressed that they asked for a quote and Gutter Solutions went right over to their house right after they were finished with mine. It is supposed to rain tomorrow and I can't wait! BTW, Jeff told me that he can make gutters in 15 colors. So if you are not like me and order white, consider using your gutters to accent your house.

I got a call back immediately. I told the company my issue. They said right up front that they didn't know if they could accomplish the work I needed done but they would try. They tried and gave me great feedback as to who I needed to call to get my job done. I am not familiar with the area so that was such a huge help for me. Sadly, our current place of living, Ottawa Ontario, has been struck by horrible flooding and has been in a State of Emergency for over a month. We have tirelessly used our business connections, volunteering our time as Civilian Team Leads , working hand in hand with the Canadian Armed Forces to both build sandbag walls to save homes and feed thousands of volunteers. Terms and Conditions had been agreed upon and accepted but while shivering in 5 foot deep freezing water, Tony Tanguay decided to disregard our agreement and outright sell what we believed to be our home. Emails stating the home would no longer be shown and commending our relief efforts had been sent. Discussions of the dire state our province was in were discussed. Reassuring us that helping our community was of the utmost importance. Instead, our home was sold for cash and we were not even told. To this day, Tony Tanguay has failed to return a phone call, email or text while petting his newly filled pockets. On the contrary to what you believe Tony, we are still here! Your shady dealing to pad your pockets but leave a family homeless has NOT gone unnoticed and is not forgotten! While saving the homes of others, myself, my fiancé and our Special Needs fosters will be left without a home at the end of the month. I'd strongly suggest not doing business with this man. His practices are unethical, his motives are only that of his own wealth. Disgusting.
