I got a call back immediately. I told the company my issue. They said right up front that they didn't know if they could accomplish the work I needed done but they would try. They tried and gave me great feedback as to who I needed to call to get my job done. I am not familiar with the area so that was such a huge help for me. My 80 yr old mother had issues with her furnace over Thanksgiving. After spending 2 days…read moreattempting to fix it they told her she needed a new furnace. They installed a new one for $8900. The worst part is the technicians did not clean up after the job. They left the basement floor covered in soot and mud. It took her the better part of a week to clean it, and there are still stains on the floor. Cleaning up after a job should be a given. Just normal decency.
