I contacted the owner who immediately wanted to remedy the situation and I felt reassured it was all going to be fixed. He also told me I needed more stones to finish one piece of the job. He offered to pick them up and haul them to my home when he came back if I sent another $150 for the stone/hauling, which I did. He promptly disappeared on me. I tried contacting him a few different ways over the next two weeks but I have not received any responses. I know his daughter answers his emails as part of the business, and she has not answered either so at this point I have to assume he stole my money and ran. Beware.
