Only to find out when I arrived it would not be honored due to black out date exclusion. How is a person to know when a black out date is? I went to check in, front desk attendant had an attitude and was very unfriendly. I understand this was miscommuncation but we were there in your hotel, someone could have honored the coupon as there was still room availability. Also, I was quoted $287 for the night by the attendant, only to find the same room on Booking.com for half that price. Attendant offered no apologies only attitude. Two strikes your out. We frequent State College annually for THON, so taking my families business elsewhere.

I made my reservations to ensure I had a room because it's worth going here. Focus on homey and a typical hotel stay. As someone whose stayed in hotels 1/3 of this year thus far, I'm not new to this. Hotel breakfast is a typical eggs, meat, grain with yogurt, milk, coffee, breads/muffins and that does the job for me! However, the location is great! Near Planet Fitness, Aldi's, Walmart, Sheetz, and more so it's ideal for those who need to run errands after a long work day. I feel safe and it's quieter in this area. I enjoy solitude so it's great to come back to feel comfy and not cramped in this hotel. They maintain a clean outside as well! Highly recommend for your next stay in State College.
