I am so grateful for this clinic and Dr Dorelan Miller. I followed Dr Miller from her previous practice to this concierge clinic as she's an excellent physician and has compassionately and knowledgeably gotten me through some tough times medically. A letter just went out to current patients announcing an increase in fee so that they could continue to provide same-day or next day appointments.The next day I had to call for an appointment and I was told that my doctor could not see me until September, which is three months away unless it was urgent . I was told that Concierge medicine did not mean that you got same day or next day appointments!! read more

I had the worst experience at AIM Health at my first doctor visit March 16, 2026 with Dr. Long. I was in physical pain and asked for a referral to an orthopedic surgeon as I suspected I needed a hip replacement. I was given a very painful physical exam by Dr. Long. Even though I repeatedly told her that those movements and manipulations hurt, she insisted on continuing. That experience was very upsetting and left me in extreme pain. I don't know why any of it was necessary for a referral to a specialist. Immediately after that ordeal, the doctor let me know that my thyroid medication that I've been on for decades would not be renewed, as she did not support this prescription. There was no acknowledgement of the pain I was in, or what I would do without my prescription. No feeling whatsoever. I was told to come back in two weeks to finish the paperwork for establishing care. I cancelled my membership that day. The practice was not even curious why I cancelled, and was quite rude about it. I have never been to a doctor who cared less about my health and wellbeing. It was so upsetting and disappointing. read more

I've been going to AIM Health for years. It's concierge medicine which "used to" include same-day appointments. Apparently, with the influx of People to the Portland area, they are overbooked. So I make an appointment and it's often a week out. I guess a week out can be good as sometimes in a week I start feeling better. Lol. Concierge medicine costs about what a designer coffee costs per day. So I quit buying coffee out. My Doctor is great and very thorough, amazing actually. Everyone in the Office is great! Used then before pandemic. Dr misdiagnosed excessive bleeding as normal. Had to go to specialist who referred me to a surgery and that resolved problem a year after seeing this Dr misdiagnosed symptoms. I can't recommend this group. read more

After reading some of the responses here, I feel that some of the reviewers did not understand the nature of this practice and/or where the newest one is (Beaverton). AIM is a concierge medicine practice - you pay a fee monthly or annually, in addition to whatever one's insurance does not cover, and you get exceptional care. It is important for patients to find out if the providers in the plan are covered under their insurance before going. I have been going to the providers in this practice when they were previously at Greenfield health and followed them to AIM. They take a tremendous amount of time with me and respond after hours very quickly if there is an after hours concern. My primary care doctor is Tom Gragnola, and I hope he will be my doctor into my very old age because he is an excellent listener and a superb clinician! Also, Dr. Ferrier does acupuncture, which I just started for lower back pain. She too is a great listener. Neither of these two physicians are your typical paternalistic physician that tells you what to do but rather they work collaboratively with their patients - at least with me! I've given this business an extra star because of the exceptionally friendly front office staff, but I'm in agreement with the most recent review of 6/24/20 (also 1 star) when another member stated: "...when paying for a service that service should be provided...It was honestly painful having to come to terms with the fact that my so-called concierge doctor couldn't be bothered." Before signing up as a member, I spoke with an overzealous practice manager who made promises my doctor was unprepared to fulfill. But worse than that, a written representation and contract was not honored. The contract promises 24/7 access to your physician, and promises same or next day response to electronic communications such as email. The truth is that they do not read their email messages after hours, weekends, or holidays - and even once someone is back in the office to read email, there is not necessarily a timely response. Before signing up, I was promised 24/7 access to my doctor by cell phone, text, or email. I was told I would be getting my doctor's personal cell number. After signing up,and seeing that an email wasn't read until several days after I sent it, I contacted the practice manager asking for the cell number in case I needed to text. The response was: "Giving out the physicians personal cell number is done only by the physician for emergency situations." The number was never provided, and I'm told that no patient gets the doctor's cell phone number. In addition, the contract provides for online scheduling, which is not available. The "integrated communications platform" that they list as a membership benefit covered by the monthly fee, is the same patient portal available through virtually every doctor in this day and age. This one is the Providence patient portal. During my "meet and greet" with the doctor, I was told that should I join, she would be spending at least an hour with me at our new patient appointment. She showed up to my appointment 30 minutes late, and spent around 40 minutes with me. And I wasn't able to communicate important history I wished her to be aware of. The medical assistant did not know how to take a basic blood pressure, or how to clip a pulse oximeter to a finger. The most recent medical assistant is exceptional, but in a concierge practice, every medical assistant should be exceptional. Two of the 5 star reviews here are from 2016, and for a doctor no longer with the practice. If you have no special needs, and are just seeking a less crowded practice, by all means give them your money and hope for the best. I'm left with the impression that this is merely a lifestyle business that provides the doctors with a full time income with a part time load. read more

Really thankful for this service! Alternative before was me in my twenties paying huge monthly health premiums and unable to get a doctor appointment more than 3 months advance (welcome to America). Now I can get doctor's appointment within a week and longer appointments/better care - definitely a huge step up read more

Dr. Cynthia Ferrier has been my primary care physician for more years than I care to count. I followed her from her previous concierge group to AIM because of this long time relationship. When I became very ill over a long weekend I was able to immediately see an equally fabulous doctor, Dr Jill Miller, as Dr Ferrier was out of the office . I cannot speak highly enough for this concierge group-- and the fact that I received a personal call from Dr Ferrier when she returned to the office two days later. I seldom need a doctor but when I do, they're there and available. All my records are in one place-- the cost to me of this security is more than reasonable--I consider it an investment in my continued good health. read more

I wish I could give 1/2 star. You would think that this medical practice would be above and beyond, by being a concierge practice. I went in and met with Dr. Miller and by the time I was done with the first appointment, I felt like I'd been beaten up by this woman. She would ask me questions and then disagree with me or tell me why I couldn't have a condition I was diagnosed with over ten years ago. I thought about it and decided this doctor was NOT for me, so I called the practice to discuss changing to Dr. Ferrier. When I called, the receptionist transferred me to someone who handles their new patients - and I left a message but did not take down her number and I regret that. I went almost a week and had no return call so I called AIM again, but this time when I asked for the person I had left a message for, she told me that no one by that name worked there and there was no such position at their office. I explained to the person that I wanted to change doctors and that I wanted to see Dr. Ferrier. A few weeks ago this practice had openings with every doctor when I called for information, but today no one had any openings except for the doctor I saw, I was officially informed by the rude person on the phone. It was all too odd, so I had a friend call in to find out about doctor availability and found out the reception person was lying through her teeth to me. I gave Dr. Miller one more chance and went back in and I will regret that even more - it was dumb because she treated me like utter crap. I have never had a doctor talk to me like this woman spoke to me and I have never raised my voice to a doctor before but I couldn't take her beating me up again so I fought back, and told her she was wrong, etc. I am in the process of withdrawing from this place. I was lied to and treated horribly and then wasn't allowed to change doctors and lied to some more. I am outta here now!!! I'm taking them to small claims court to get my money back! If I wanted to be treated like this, I wouldn't be looking for a good concierge doctor. read more

I tried this practice looking for a new internist that would be responsive and accessible for my health care needs. Their service is poor and the technology far behind what a concierge practice should have to care for their patients. Last month I had some outside tests done at one of the hospitals requested by my AIM Health physician. Within a day after the test, I was able to see the results on the hospital system app on my phone. The results were out of the normal range and being concerned, I assumed my AiM Health physician would contact me. After 48 hours, I still had not heard from anyone at the clinic. When I finally called to ask about my results, the receptionist said they hadn't received them yet! I told her I had the results in front of me and offered to send them to her. How is this concierge medicine? Where was the text or call from my doctor? One final note, the medical assistant at this practice is a smoker and had just finished a cigarette outside before coming into my exam room. Repulsive in a health care setting. I won't be back and disappointed the annual fee was wasted on this practice. read more

One star is toooooo many but that is all I can do. I made an initial appointment for their "concierge" service a week ago at 8am. They asked me to be there at 7:45 am which I was. After Dr Lam kept me waiting until 8:25 I walked out. I have no intention of paying for this service when there is none. Enails to them have not been responded to. Moving on and I would advise everyone to stay away. read more

The best care you could ever ask for! Dr. K is the most caring and knowledgeable Doctor you could ever dream up! I cannot express how highly I recommend her and this clinic! If you are tired of being just a number then this is the place to go to for your care! Instead of a 15 min in and out appt, you can see her for more like 45 minutes! She takes the time to really listen and go over everything you need! By joining this concierge program I can get ahold of her whenever I need to - no more scary urgent care visits! Ever hear of a medical office that charges a monthly fee for going there that insurance plans won't cover? Me either, until I called this money grubbing office. Because they are in West Linn they will only provide medical care to people that pay them on top of insurance premiums? Talk about price gouging. How is this even legal? And wow- the receptionist's attitude leaves much to be desired. I tried to ask her a couple of questions about this arrangement and the tone of her voice resembled someone talking about something highly distasteful. This place is ridiculous and I plan on talking to my insurance plan about them. read more

AMAZING! I saw Doctor K, and she was so kind. She made me feel comfortable, accepted, and it was like it's own little confidence boost in an appointment. She asked questions, provided information in a way that was easy to understand. She even drew a chart out to explain something...How cool is that?!?! I was happy and left feeling better than I did walking in. That should say a lot... Everything from front desk to the nurse were amazing.
