some staff are rude/mean very old school attitudes here. A little militant, giving children should be seen not heard vibes.

This place isn't that nice can't probably the worst smelling gym I have ever been in. Somewhat a dingy. The staff was very rude.

I just love Aim High. My 2 daughters are in the Gymnastics program and they have flourished as a result.

I'm writing this as both a mom and someone who interviewed for a position here. During my working…read moreinterview, I was honestly shocked by what I experienced. I was the only person actively playing with and engaging 14 children while four other adults stood around doing very little. I've worked in multiple daycares before, and I have never seen such a lack of interaction, care, and compassion toward children. What made it even more upsetting was that the staff openly acknowledged this issue during my interview. The children were craving attention and interaction, and when I had to leave, several of them started crying and holding onto me. That alone spoke volumes. On top of that, the professionalism during the hiring process was extremely disappointing. I was told to write down my desired pay, and when I requested $18/hour, I was told directly that I was not deserving of that amount -- despite having prior daycare experience and knowing that other centers in the area pay more while also providing much better care for the children. They also claimed they would contact my references and follow up with me by Friday, but none of my references were ever contacted, and I never heard from them again. I would have respected honesty far more than being misled. To make matters worse, a friend of mine applied there as well and had a very similar experience. From one parent to another, please carefully reconsider before enrolling your child here.

where to start... first they have been charging ccap participants extra fees for longer care $75 a…read moreweek . when i found out it was illegal and spoke with the dhs worker , the offie manager cheryl never apologized said she would get back to me about if it was true or not but she is refunding me my payments. Did all other ccap families get refunded for the payments they've made?? . I doubt it! in addition there is 2-4 transitioned teachers, which would be fine if they werent pushing their agenda on my child down to the books in the hallway. did i sign up for this no? did i ask for this no? it needs to be known if this is not something you want being taught to your son or daughter. one of the transitioned teacher's threw out my sons lunch when i asked why he had no reason. threw out my sons pocket toys and said it was an accident. And. "Assisted" my sons more than he should have while he was going to the bathroom. The director has no personality and is completely avoidant. When bringing these things up she never apologized , not even some what close to an appropriate response. One word answers no facial expressions nothing. The toddler teacher screams and yells at the children for no reason. And the preschool teacher never showers the entire room smells of body odor every day with dirty greasy oily hair . if that is not enough to never send your child here then i dont know what is!
