AIM towing to the rescue! Our car was stuck in a ravine on a narrow, remote dirt road. I called other tow truck companies; showed them the pictures and they said they couldn't help. I called my insurance for a tow rescue because my truck broke on the road, then I called for AIM towing as soon as I got confirmation that they were going to towing me and during this call they said to me: "We will come to rescue you if you agree to pay $75 direct to the tow driver". Then I asked what this fee is about, and the answer was: "the fuel went up, I'm very busy, and if you disagree in pay it you can cancel your rescue service, it's up to you". I don't want to offend anyone, I understand that nowadays has been very difficult and we need to make money to survive, but in my opinion, this attitude sounds abusive, immoral, and nothing ethical. Needing a tow is similar to needing a doctor in an emergency. Imagine if the doctor tells you that will help only if you agree to pay an extra fee directly to him. I'm sorry to share it, but I don't recommend AIM towing to anyone. read more
