I brought in my Honda Ridgeline for an issue with my AC. Jason worked with me at the front-desk and went above and beyond to understand my issue and the troubleshooting I had already done. So I have been working on my car since Friday and needed to have a mechanic check it out, now I really dont have much money so I needed a cheap tow just to get it there. Juan is great. He is super friendly, helpful, I scheduled a time around 7:30 am and he was there around 7:25 am. It was quick and fast and we were done in less than 5-10 minutes. His prices are really good, it was around $55 in total. I think he does more stuff, but if your in need of a quick cheap tow Juan is your man. read more

He took photos of the damage and assured both me and the staff at the motorcycle shop that he would take care of the repairs. What was disappointing was what happened afterward. Neither I nor the shop ever heard from him again. It became clear that he had blocked both my phone number and the shop's number. We confirmed this when a shop employee called from a different number and the driver answered. According to the employee, he became hostile, used profanity, and stated that he would not be paying for any of the damages because he claimed it was not his fault. As a result, I was forced to involve my insurance company to address the damage to my motorcycle. It's unfortunate because the experience started off positively, but the lack of accountability and communication afterward was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy towing service.

My Tacoma needed a flat bed tow because of how badly it was totaled, and to be put in our driveway not blocking the sidewalk due to HOA rules. A very specific tow job, and did an overall amazing job. And to top it all off his pricing was very reasonable. So many tow companies in San Diego have such bad reviews and I cannot see Jose or Two Bit Tow ever being like the other ones.
