Josue explained in detail what they would need to do to my car and I fully trusted him. Throughout the process, Yuri kept me up to date letting me know exactly what was happening and when it was happening. She even assisted with the insurance claim and assured me that they would take good care of me. Given the extent of the job, the turn around time was fairly quick in my opinion. They even gave my car a full detail before returning it back to me and I genuinely appreciated it given how my 2 toddler boys left the back seats. He later decided to try and extort more money out of me $1700, even though my insurance paid him $28000 for the damages to my car. He keeps saying he did me a favor, but what favor is that? Not sending in the supplement for the car until 45 days later until after you were 95% done fixing the car? Just so the insurance would have to pay him the money. He's keeping my car until the lease is up. He told me he would release my car to me even if the insurance check doesn't come in yet. But he decided to keep my car until he has the check in his hand. Which he has it, but won't admit it just so he can keep the car from me. Be careful! Do not come here.
