This is the second time nail polish just fell off. I got a gel manicure and they took off a powder manicure. The manicurist was constantly looking at the girls next to me with nail art. She Left me to take pictures of her nails. My nails are in pain. The total cost came to 74 plus dollars. I also got two tips and a eyebrow wax that I didn't need. No English spoken at all. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Place is absolutely filthy. The woman used clippers and a nail file on me that was used and not sanitized. My nails actually hurt after leaving there. I wanted a gel fill. I left with a sloppy extremely thick messy manicure if you can even call it that. My hands look worse than when I went in. The edges are uneven. The manicure looks grown out it doesn't even go all the way down to the cuticle. The nails are all bubbly and different lengths. The woman cut me 3 times and was very rough. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. They should be shut down by the health department and put out of business. I have never had such a terrible manicure in my life. read more

I was recommended this salon by a few people and decided to give it a try. I called ahead to make an appointment and they were very open and flexible with times. Upon entering the salon I really did like the decor. It didn't feel like just any nail salon that threw random pieces of furniture in the front to make a waiting area. I felt like the decor was well thought out and was very relaxing. The salon was very clean and organized. Not once during my service did I feel pressure to add on extra services and for the first time I wasn't given the good old "sales pitch" on an additional service. I got a regular gel manicure and it was good. My nail tech, Ivy was nice and made me feel comfortable. My final review is that if you're looking for a clean, affordable, and good nail salon this is your place. I will definitely be returning soon that's for sure! read more

if I could give it, I would give zero stars my pedicure that I got two of my nails were not painted correctly and then my manicure and it was awful. She didn't even file it to the size nor asked me what size I wanted my nails and she kept just going at it and not like give me a second to like to look at what she was doing and personally I would never go back here again after the problems that she gave me. read more

First time going and didn't spend more than 5 minutes there. I will say, this wasn't by choice at all. Since they said they took walk ins, I simply walked in and said I needed a pedicure and a full set. The lady told me it was no problem and to pick my color, not even 2 minutes later someone else comes up to me and tells me that "they won't have time". What's the point of saying you take walk ins if you don't have time for them? Why say you could service me then minutes later say you don't have time? I understand those with appointments are first priority but don't accept walk ins if that's the case, at the end of the day customers are customers so treat everyone with the same respect! From start to finish the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon in the 25 years that I have been getting my nails done. My daughter and I walked in and no one said hello or looked up from their phones. The salon was totally empty which should have been a sign. First I asked for oval shaped UV gel and was told my nails were too short which seemed odd to me. The male who did my nails was so rude and on edge the entire time that I could not wait to leave - in fact we declined having pedicures because of the poor service. He told me more then once to stop moving, told me that I was not drying my nails properly, and would not give me a hand massage after I declined sticking my hands in the hot wax because I didn't want to get my rings dirty. Note the dryers went on and off the entire time which is probably why my nails were not drying. Aside from the hostile environment, the place is filthy. As mentioned, the driers are broken and absolutely disgustingly dirty. There was dust everywhere including nail dust, the chairs were dirty and appeared to be covered with wax drippings, the place was dated and dark and the overall vibe was awful. Who wants to feel stressed and nervous during a mani/pedi? As I was waiting for my daughter and to pay, I was told to "take a seat" in a rude tone. I had been forewarned by a friend about the rude and hostile environment, but was pressed for time. Never again - one and done. The filth alone would be a reason not to ever enter this establishment. read more

Run! I am highly disappointed in my recent experience. I have been coming here for years (this is important). So my most recent visit I went in to get tips with UV gel and gel polish, and also a pedicure. The pedicure came out great, but as the nail tech was doing my hands, it was just a disaster. She started applying the tips, put them on crooked and was trying to pull them off after she already glued them on (ouch #1). She did not clean my cuticles but for some reason tried after everything was done? Then she put on the THICKEST layer of gel and told me to cure it. I couldn't even keep them in the light for 3 seconds before I felt like my finger was literally going to fall off, it burned so much. I was super upset with how I saw them coming out (I was going to an important event), I started to cry. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, I was given eye rolls and attitude. I was there for 3 1/2 hours which is crazy, left unhappy and did not even get an apology or anything. OH, and I left there with $115 nails that were terrible. Don't waste your money here. read more
