Let me start by saying how gorgeous this nail spa is! The staff (and I mean EVERYONE) is super friendly, clean, and pretty spacious. After reading reviews about this place online (and a few tic toc recommendations), I decided to take the 1-hour drive (yes, I am that person who will travel a long distance for good work and excellent customer service). It was well worth the trip, and won't be my last! The first pic was my inspo, and I think Joy (my new nail tech, yay!!) nailed it!! I'm very happy with my results and she would've did them longer, but she saw that my own nails were pretty long and since most of my work involves typing, I felt that my natural medium length would be best. giving three stars because the nails i got here did end up being really pretty, but they were not at all what i asked for or anticipated. we arrived for a scheduled appointment and still had to wait an hour to get in the chairs, they're very overbooked and still accept appointments even when there is very clearly no space. there were another 10 people waiting for the same appointment time as us and many of them left as their wait was also over an hour. on top of this, i feel like i got completely scammed because of my minimal salon experience. I went in for a simple color, which would have been around 20$, and ended up with 85$ gels i did not ask for. ive never gotten gels before so i didn't realize what they were doing until it was too late, there was zero communication between myself and my tech/the manager so perhaps they confused my service with someone else's request? when i realized i was in fact getting gels it was too late to get it reversed and my party had already been waiting for me to finish for a while so I just accepted it, but then she gave me the completely wrong color despite us verbally discussing the agreed color, so she had to paint over them. the final result was very different than my original color choice but atp i was too exhausted and had been in the salon for over two hours so i just took it. they're very pretty, just not at all what i asked for and now im stuck with gels I didn't request for the next month or so. i have no idea how to care for them or remove them eventually which every other salon has always made clear to me when getting other services. overall, the place is very cute and their techs are good at what they do, but the overbooking, zero communication, and the fact that they gave me a service which was 4x the price as the one i wanted without even confirming with me definitely turned me off from ever returning here. i also heard multiple people in the salon with me state that they got the wrong color as well. i know i should have spoken up earlier but i really didn't want to go through the hassle and time sink of having them remove and redo my nails after an already nearly three hour ordeal. read more

Even more concerning was the ripping of cuticles, instead of gentle clipping. many nail salons do this and a week later you have red fingers. I called the evening before for an appointment next day. Upon arriving, I noticed how very clean and cute the salon was. Hand sanitizer is offered and masks are required. I was greeted by a friendly woman who must be the wife and co-owner and she had me go wash my hands before sitting down. My nail technician was Kate. never again. when i started going during the pandemic, it was incredible. the guy was nice and super accommodating. everything was clean and they took their time. i went in today for a 1:30 appointment. arrived 15 minutes early and the people who came in for 3:00 appointments were taken before me. when i asked why, he said the holiday made them very busy. no sir, the stacking of appointments that take forever with limited staff and walk ins make it busy. he runs around screaming and yelling at staff and nothing gets done. but in the hour i sat there, i heard him make 10 appointments for 4:30. idk how quality your service is. when you abuse your clients and staff, you lose them. read more

This is one of my two favorite nail salons. I live over the border in NY and it's worth the drive (and also on my way home from work). They make it a really relaxing place. It's nicely decorated with whites, greys & light pinks. Easy on the eyes and relaxing. They are all so friendly when you walk in. After only going 3 times they recognize me and already know what I need. The first time I went to Honeymoon Nails, Kelly did the dip powder for me. She was so precise with my nails. She made sure both hands were even. It took an hour and a half-ish total to soak, reshape, dip & out the door. Second time I went back was around the holiday season. An older woman did my nails that time and it was just as great of an experience as the first. I got multiple colors done with the dip and a design. The design came out so beautiful and I got so many compliments. I work retail and I let everyone know I went here for my nails. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated, great service... I can't speak for other services they provide but the dip service has proven worthy for them. read more

All the equipment is new and they pay attention to hygiene. My technician spent 45 minutes removing my previous dip powder to ensure minimal damage and shaping my nails to my liking. The prices are super reasonable--quality of service definitely is worth the cost. They also have a great selection of dip powders and gels--not too big to the point of being overwhelming, but big enough to give you plenty of choices.
