Ignored me when I spoke to her and asked if she could do deep tissue, no hello or anything and then she starts lightly rubbing my shirt not even really my back. You couldn't get lint off my shirt like that it was really that light. After a couple of tries she got someone to come over who then tells me she's new to this and to give her a chance. I'm sorry but this is supposed to be helpful to me. Dont you need an education to charge for massages? So I said this won't work and left. I was a customer for over 5 years and always had my nails done by the owner. He sold my husband the gift certificate and knew it was for me and still refused to rewrite another card (Gift certificates are hand written) because they have a sign on the wall that says they're not responsible for lost cards. Sadly, they chose to lose a customer that was clearly going to spend much more than $650 over the years. Very short sighted! Unethical, and poor customer service. There are so many nail salons in the area, choose wisely! This is the lesson I learned. Don't give your money to a business that doesn't value you as a customer.
