She should not be in a customer facing position or have authority over anyone. My 2nd concern was being called back for my test, told to change into a gown and then be seated in a waiting area full of women including a early 20 something girl who was just waiting for someone. This was very uncomfortable and completely unacceptable. The young ladies who did my test were very kind and professional. I will send a letter to this facility outlining my concerns. Hope I never have to go back there again.
