I've been going to the Galloway Labcorp several times a year for 15 years. Today (7/23/25 at 10:30…read moream) was my first truly terrible experience. The lab techs got confused and I was called to one room (by the name Wanda), then called by a different tech to a different room by the name Ronda. The second tech (very short hair), proceeded to scold me when she realized I had been called to a different room first but still came to her when called. I tried to explain that I was confused by them and just came when called. She proceeded to tell me what I should have done and that other patients know what to do, all in a very rude tone. She continued to be confrontational until I asked her name (I believe she gave me a fake name anyway) and I told her she could start a patient's day off nicely or shitty and she decided to start my day shitty. She told me she'd pray for me and turned her back on me instead of putting a bandage on my bleeding arm. I won't be going back to that location again. I'd never let her near me.

I gave my confirmation number to the person at the desk and they said they needed a QR Code and couldn't look up my appointment with my confirmation number so I was treated as a walkin. Can someone address this problem with the office there and teach them how to look up an appointment with a confirmation number as no QR Code is provided with a telephone appointment. I had to wait a VERY LONG time as the waiting room was full when I got there for my scheduled appointment! The incompetence here is frustrating.

I never leave reviews but I feel a strong urge to warn other people about this lab. First off, I've…read morebeen coming here ever since they opened. Usually in the morning before work M-F. Nice people work during this time so if you need to go here I suggest you go then. I went yesterday, Saturday, 8/11/18. Big mistake. Hours are 7-11am. I showed up at 10:38am & got major attitude from the staff, which was 2 women. Patsy, the older one who drew my blood, told the other blond girl to "lock the door, this is the last one." Then the blond girl ripped my scripts aparts and told me to sit down. Patsy told me Atlanticare only takes patients with my insurance "as a courtesy" making me feel like an inferior/outcast who shouldn't even be here. Meanwhile the blonde was making up several labels with my last name & birthdate because she said she didn't know how many Patsy would need. One of my tests was for a tick bite, lymes & rocky mountain. "Oh ticks!" Patsy sternly said. Real professional. What if it had been an HIV or cancer test. Wonder what remark she would have made then. After a painful needle, she handed me a small cup to pee into & told me to meet her at the door with it when I was done, which I did. She then told me to open the cup while she syringed the urine then told me to dump the remainder in the toilet & flush while the blonde yelled "have a nice day." I went back into the bathroom, flushed, and yelled back "I'm just going to wash my hands again if you don't mind!" Threw out the container with my last name & birthdate, personal information which should be shredded, but then the blonde probably threw out a bunch of unused blood tubes with the same labels. Finally I left after unlocking the door, still before the 11am closing time. DO NOT GO HERE ON SATURDAY. You risk identity theft & being treated very unprofessionally.

She did my blood draw (literally) in less than a minute. She was so calm and knew exactly how to keep me talking and get my mind completely off what was happening! From the moment I sat in the waiting room to the time I walked back to my car after taking a second to relax after sitting up after the draw was in total was 4 min! Amazing. I'm never going anyplace else!
