Although each session is particular to the time and state I am in, the overarching theme I encounter is space. To me, Jenna is a gentle yet firm space holder. I go to her when I cannot hold the space for myself to ground and settle or when I need help in giving myself the permission to be fully in my own skin, in my own decisions.
