Displeased with the quality of service, fees and business acumen…read more.. For a 2 BR/2bath apartment ~1100 sq feet, rate was $190 For once monthly cleaning. I learned after inquiring about dirty baseboards, floors and corners that they do not move furniture, and only use a swifter to "mop," and vacuum around things. They broke a shelf on my walls requiring drywall repair, left workers jackets behind for several months, and the workers did not speak English so conversing with them to give attention to areas of concern was difficult. Appointment times were often changed and they appear to have significant staff turnover which was concerning to have strangers repeatedly in my home. A loved one also used their services and was very displeased with their cleaning, especially of floors and stairs, to the point that they terminated services. Their toilet paper flowers are adorable, but not enough to salvage this otherwise poor review.
