She sent the right crew size, explained what they would be doing and what they would need. The three ladies showed up early and worked hard all day long. They cleaned all surfaces top to bottom, wall, woodwork, floors, windows. They were incredibly hard workers, and always smiling and pleasant. They efficiently moved from room to room working around us as we finished clearing rooms for them to clean. I am extremely happy with the service provided. After the ceiling work (done by a contractor) there was a huge amount of plaster dust and debris coating everything - she came in same-day and cleaned out everything again.
