Overpriced for average work. The detailer didn't clean the windshield from the inside and the left side of the dashboard. it was tough to give a positive review after that. In all fairness I never called Alvaro to tell him and give him an opportunity to make it right. I felt that no longer giving them my business was sufficient since cleaning a windshield should be standard practice for a detail. read more

Today was my first time using A.I.P. I am a very picky person due to my job. Manny's customer service was excellent. He did an amazing job on my VW r32. He took his time and made sure everything looked good. That is what I appreciated the most. No one has ever made my car look so good. To make the situation more interesting my boyfriend had his family's regular detailer there at the house the same time Manny was working on my car. Manny made sure to make my car look better. Especially since the other detailer got offended that I chose to go with someone else. . I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family. I did not use there service but I had a problem with one of their drivers. I was driving on rosemead Blvd one lane was closed so I let one car go and he tried to get in as well, I just kept driving so he got mad and after threw something at my car and flipped me off. I would never use their service after this. read more

When it comes to my baby aka my Volkswagen GTI... i can truly say i am the most anal-retentive car owner. LOL When i take my car to be detailed, i expect every last corner to be wiped down, even the areas that cannot be seen like where the door hinges and the body of the car meet, in between the seats etc... These areas are often over looked by many detail shops. With this said... i can say AIP sets the bar high ... Great Services at A.i.p. These guys literally will drive to your house at your convenience and wash your car. Ive used a couple of there services basic wash which consisted of a outside wash with filtered water, rims,shining of the tires (makes your car really stand out) windows inside and out a interior vacuum and wipe down. I spent $125 and it did nothing to help with the oxidation or scratches with only about an hour of work. Even the headlights still look foggy. Think of it as a glorified cash wash/polish/wax but def NOT worth the price. I finally went to the auto parts store, got some Meguire's compound and did a better job myself! Save your money unless you like overpaying for cash washes. read more

Let me say this the owner Alvaro was professional to deal with and was very flexible as far as coming out within the time frame we had arranged. The work was performed from the convenience of my house and his employees showed up to my doorstep. It was mentioned to me that they would look at the condition of my paint and we would go from there, but as soon as work was performed on my car it seemed like they were pressed up against time themselves since one of the employees stated they "had a big job to do next". Let me just say I could've definitely could have done a better job myself. I was charged for a wash, clay, and wax that was done all within an hour and as stated from the owner that included an interior "wipe down" all in which was my drivers side which was only wiped from dust and vacuumed. Your $100 can more than likely get you a better detail elsewhere. read more

I contacted Alvaro, the owner, a few days in advance as part of an effort to shop for auto detailing for my wife's minivan, part of her Christmas present. I must have called ten other guys, all here on Yelp, but hired AIP because their schedule was open and the price was right. Some guys clean cars for rock stars and charge a small fortune for it but I'm not a rock star, I just needed a good clean job at a fair price. These guys are reasonably priced and do good work. AIP reported to the job site ahead of schedule and finished within the time frame promised, plus they took care of installing several complicated floor mats for me for no extra charge. They did a good job on the washing and they rejuvenated the dirty interior left filthy by our kids. My minivan is not some high end Maserati but if I owned one of those things I would have no problems calling Alvaro back to do that too. He is a conscientious businessman and provided me with good customer service. Schedule these guys without fear. I will be using them again. read more

So impressed with EVERYTHING about this company. The short of it: Friendly, Convenient, Affordable, Fast, Helpful & more than deserves your business! My rave review: First impressions are everything and Alvaro was as energetic & friendly on my first phone call as he was in person the next morning. Did you notice I said THE NEXT MORNING. That's how quickly he was able to come detail my car. He even smelled nice if that means anything to you! Secondly, I thought having my car washed and or detailed at my office was a luxury only rich folks could afford. Nope! While he was here detailing my car my co-worker asked if he had time to wash her car too considering it was such a great deal. His response: "When I'm done you won't even believe it's your old car!" And he was right. Both cars look AMAZING. And it only took him 2 hours! Later I thought "Ya know, that was so fast I bet he forgot to clean between the seats." NOPE! It's like new and I can hardly believe it. Price was great too. I had been given a quote by the manager at a regular car wash and was quoted "$99 to shampoo (my) seats and mats and it will take most of the afternoon." Called them and they were able to squeeze me in for the day- he arrived 30 minutes after I called!! The day before the wash I had driven long distance through central California and my car was covered with bugs...gross!! He cleaned the car to perfection, removed all the items from my trunk to detail the inside of the trunk as well, and then put all the items back in the same order- just went above and beyond! Ive been using AIP for years and all I can say is its been a sure shot for me every time. The prices are fair and I don't have to worry about scheduling. When I'm ready they are ready and I really like that since my schedule is really tight. The quality is excellent and its done in my own driveway. These guys are great, my cousin recommended them to me and I am thankful he did, I just got back from doing a long prerun in the desert so my truck was caked in mud, I called them and told them they said no problem man and didn't even charge me more for it! I was hesitant of driving around looking for a car detail center or even asking someone to recommend someone.So i took to yelp instead.Typed in shampoo car interior an walla.AIP appeared.Called Thursday morning.They were honest an told me they were booked for the day but first thing Friday morning they would be at my doorstep at 830.I was quoted $120 for shampooing a 4 door nissan sentra interior.Car wash included.Armor all in an out.Mind u my seats were filthy.Make a long story short.My seats look like new now.Even the wifey who thought the price was a little steep originally went on to commend what a great job they did.And was worth what i paid for.Will definitely be using their services again. read more
