Rocco arrived on time and was pleasant, professional and thorough. He vacuumed the dryer ducts, cleaned the air conditioner intake and added Freon to our system. He was able to speak with us in simple terms which I actually felt like I understood. Rocco explained to us that our system was in good condition, but it was working harder and less efficiently due to the size of our ducts. The following week, Rocco replaced the ducts in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience. Pricing was reasonable, and work was done well and quickly. Our AC already seems colder and system definitely doesn't run as long. I think that we will end up saving money!
