This was our first experience with a private charter. It was prompted by the need to assist transporting an older, infirmed friend home from central FL to southern IN. The price was substantially lower than other providers we researched. Everything went exactly as planned. The pilots were first rate, professional, courteous, and personable. I had to arrange a trip in a few days on a medical flight for my elderly father and mother. There were a lot of challenges along the way on our side - my mom's credit card was wrong, mine initially was rejected/flagged as fraud, etc. Everyone worked patiently and diligently until we were able to work everything out. Then the day of the flight, not only was everyone on time (and they were able to accommodate the time my parents chose), but I was informed at every step of the process. The "bed-to-bed" service turned out to be critical, and was such a relief. What an outstanding find. Air Charter Advisers handled every detail and made my surprise 45th wedding anniversary trip for my wife an excellent experience. The Pilots met us at a small airport near our home. We actually shook hands. These guys were very professional with their exchanges with us. Safety first but explained in a way that made it interesting (not like orders on commercial flights). We have flown First Class on commercial flights numerous times and have seen the service there in steep decline. What a pleasant surprise from Air Charters. The black car service at plane side was excellent and what a nice feeling it was to step off the jet and immediately step into the car. I give ACA the highest rating for my recent flight! Was the first time I flew privately and did not know what to expect. Adam with ACA was patient with me throughout the entire process. I relocated from Merida Mexico to Kansas City with my pets (6 cats and 3 dogs) and had a friend come with us to help. Adam was detailed in explaining what the required paperwork would be for both humans and animals as well as what to expect upon departure and arrival for immigration and customs. He replied to all of my inquiries (and I had many) instantly, even during the flight. Adam found the perfect pilots to make our flight with the animals enjoyable; they were very helpful just as Adam said they would be. Adam made the entire event less stressful. We experienced only one glitch that had nothing to do with ACA or the flight - so here's a heads up to anyone entering the US on an ESTA visa - my friend obtained an ESTA visa using her German passport; upon arrival in Kansas City, the Immigration official almost did not let her enter the country; he said the ESTA visa is not allowed for a private flight; only with Commercial or Charters; thankfully the pilot was with her and convinced the official that it was a chartered flight. He allowed her entry for 30 days. The pilot said that he's never encountered this before (which I believe - Kansas City has very few international flights and the agents are not accustomed to processing anything out of the norm). All in all, I am so thankful that I chose ACA and highly recommend them to anyone! read more
