The dispatcher called me back immediately after I left a message with the company, and was friendly and helpful in coordinating travel details for an airport pickup for my parents, who are... not technology friendly. Dispatcher called me back the afternoon of my parent's scheduled arrival with specific info on their driver - name, phone #, etc - in addition to trying to text it to them. (Nice try, my parents don't understand texting.) Their driver called moments after they stepped off the plane, and he was available curbside to them as soon as they'd collected their luggage. I'd warned them that there was quite a bit of luggage, so the driver had even brought an assistant to help him load up. Mom reported that the SUV they sent was clean and well cared for, and still had plenty of room for her, my dad, and their 8 suitcases. Driver was friendly and attentive. Mom could not have been more pleased. She even asked for his card! (Mom NEVER does this, because she finds fault with EVERYTHING.) I think it's safe to say we've found our new transportation service! ETA - this company and 1 Luxury Limousine are the same company. (Reviews are pretty great on both.) Not sure why there are two profiles, but it seemed worth mentioning.

The flight was delayed approx 1 1/2 hours. We landed at 1:35am, turned on phones to a message from Christina that because the flight wouldn't be in until almost 2:00 am they couldn't pick us up. Yes, she texted us while we were in the air knowing we couldn't get the message. They refunded our money, but we're left taxiing to the gate wondering how we're going to get 9 people home at 2:00am. Thank goodness we don't live further away, as we were able to Uber - at 2:00am - with our kids - in Philly. Not a great end to our vacation. Do they not know that in their line of business they will have people who might be delayed out of their control? What kind of business does that?!? What kind of human being for that matter? I will never use this service again and I will make sure everyone I know who's looking for transportation knows which service not to use. We didn't just use Uber in the first place because we wanted a company who would value our business and take care of us. Come to find out, they aren't even licensed as an airport authorized transportation service. (They told us this themselves on our way to the airport last week). Use caution.

They have a strict schedule and you have to make sure to scheduled your departure and arrival times within their time frame. Late night/red eye flights, you'll have to find another service bc they stop pick ups after 9:30pm. The drop offs were my only issue. There's no set order for the drop off. I believe they do prioritize those that have flights, but if you're not catching a flight - you're last on the list. I boarded the van, at 9:15am at EWR and was dropped of in philly around 11:30am. I asked him to drop me off to the closed EL bc I was tired of being in the van. Lol I was home by 12pm via the EL & an Uber. So I paid $68 ($10 tip for the drive who was nice) for a 3hr ride home - not complaining - just pointing this out.

Having never been to Philadelphia before I was a little wary and am so glad I booked this company. The owner answered so many questions before I arrived and on arrival I was given the drivers details who was brilliant. He picked us up and advised where we could meet after. As soon as the concert was finished he messaged me and let me know he had managed to get nearer. He got us out of the manic stadium area in minutes.
