We faced a tragic emergency that required flying a co-worker and close friend across the country…read more They had a severe neck injury and needed to be transported with the utmost expertise, care, and safety to avoid making an already bad situation far worse. Initially, I tried coordinating directly with both hospitals and, in two cases, with air ambulance organizations. None were able to provide all the nuanced details needed to schedule the flight or coordinate the safe, secure sharing of medical information. Then I found Air Charter Advisors. From the moment I spoke with Matt Weiler, he immediately explained how the flights are handled and took over coordinating all parties involved. The ACA team kept us informed at every step -- from scheduling to door-to-door delivery -- and ensured the entire process went exactly as described, without a single issue. Surprisingly, they were also less expensive than booking directly through the hospitals or flight companies -- a significant difference in cost. If you want to save money while receiving expert guidance and premium care, Air Charter Advisors is the right choice.

From my very first outreach, the service was exceptional. I worked closely with Matt Weiler, who stayed in constant communication throughout the process. Once our flight was booked, the Flight Support team ensured we had all the details we needed - where to be, when to be there, and what to expect. They arranged catered food, accommodated our beverage preferences, and made everything seamless. The flight attendant was also incredible, ensuring every passenger was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the trip. We look forward to working with Air Charter Advisors again in the future.

Doylestown airport is a very well-maintained play's located very conveniently with regards to Bucks…read moreCounty Pennsylvania. Considering there isn't much going on other than the flight school and the fact that there is a runway I guess I will just briefly comment on both. The runway is pavement that is in good condition and as well situated with regards to the prevailing winds...as is tradition of course. Now the bad news, the flight school is absolutely positively second rate. I can't really comment on each individual instructor because that wouldn't really be fair, they all differ at any flight school. The real issue is with regards to the planes. Within the small "general aviation" (GA) community aviation in the PA/NJ area I have heard several times that the plans are poorly maintained. I have a friend who was flying one and it blew a cylinder or something and OIL SHOT ALL OVER AND UNIFORMLY COVERED THE WINDSHIELD!! This occurred while he was flying In the pattern at Doylestown airport and was both "good" and bad at the same time. It worked out in his favor because he was near the airport and was able to get down quickly, on the other hand he was at a low altitude so there was very little time if the engine had fully died. My friend who is actually a certified flight instructor flew the airplane back with the engine limping and very little visibility due to the oil. If he was not such an excellent pilot with a commercial license who was also an instructor and just talented in general with regards to aviation it would have quite possibly have been a much different story. All planes need to be maintained scrupulously, flight school planes are generally flown by people with the least experience in all of aviation, students and brand new pilots. These planes need to be in perfect condition and then some. It's all of the maintenance protocols were followed this is not difficult to do, many airports do. For what it's worth I will give a "shout out" to the best maintain fleet of planes that I know of which is at Somerset Airport in Jersey. I am not in any way affiliated with them but I feel that since I am personally recommending that one does not rent from this facility that I give some sort of a remedy. Because the airport itself it's not the flight school I'm not giving just one star. Then again the flight school is an Intercal part of the airport and the airport which I believe is owned by the county has the right to hostnot host any business(leaser of space) they wish, at least I'm pretty sure this is correct.

Aircraft scheduling is straightforward and flexible, which makes a huge difference when balancing flying and your daily life. The instructors are experienced, approachable, and easy to learn from. You can grab a bite to eat and unwind a bit before your next flight!

I should have known there were going to be issues when I had a hard time booking a discovery flight. I wanted the flight on a certain date, so I wanted to book almost 3 months in advance to guarantee the date. First, I went to the location, but no one was there and a young guy who worked in the same building the place is located told me that no one was there yet, even though they were supposed to have been open over an hour earlier. When I asked him what time they usually arrived, he said around 12 or so, he called it more of a "retirement job". I finally did get to speak to someone, and they told me that they didn't book out that far and to call back a few weeks before the date that I wanted. I did get it booked but not for the date I wanted, it was a birthday gift and i didn't want to chance not getting that date, so I planned something else for that day. The date came for the flight, and it got cancelled due to winds, no problem, I'm not a meteorologist, so we rescheduled. The day of the flight they cancelled again. This time they said storms were in the area. The weather was perfect that day! Not a cloud in the sky and no bad weather for hundreds of miles. I CAN read a radar and a weather report. I asked for a refund and got the runaround for over a month. I had to send a demand for payment letter before I got any real response. I finally did get a refund, of course they claimed that the gift certificate was for me (even though it states from me to someone else), and charged me fees. But, at least I got most of my money back and know to stay away from this company! Horrible all the way around.
