The work invoice said i had 30 days to pay. John or his staff would call daily asking for payment stating he had payables he needed to take care of. As a business we pay our bills weekly. he was paid five business days after the work was completed. the last time he called he was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me while i was trying to express my feelings on the case. i then drove out there only to have him walk out of the room while trying to talk to him again. I had been a personal/business customer for over a decade. I cancelled my business maintenance accounts on my way out. would not recommend if your looking for a professional business owner.

(Not hello or good morning) He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what our complaint was. Again, I explained that I would rather visit in person and that wasn't heard. There was no work or service performed and we were billed for the estimate when no other businesses billed us for their estimate. I was also threatened with small claims court and he hung up on me. Our complaint is not the amount of $$, but it's the ethics of this business and the way we were treated.

A couple of them did not answer the phone, one took my name number but has yet to call me back, and one could squeeze me in later in the week. As for Living Waters Tim answered the phone promptly and called back shortly with an arrival time of 1 pm. Our tech Alex showed up slightly before 1 pm and just left after doing a great job at installing our new water heater. He was quick to order the equipment and parts he needed working to make sure he was being delivered a tank (did not opt for a tankless unit after doing my own research on prices) that would fit in our hall closet. What else can about the company and its employees?
