After having an Air Conditioner failure during our recent extreme heat and humidity period my contracted HVAC service provider informed me that my filter (still within its recommended effectiveness range) was dirty and there was not enough air passing though to keep the system operating effectively. The filter was changed, however, to me it meant more than changing a filter - it probably needed a Duct system cleaning. After contacting several providers I searched through Google and came upon the "ADCS" advertisement which is very impressive. I called ADCS and the rest is history. The Team led by Chris arrived on time, introductions were made and the compete range of the service was thoroughly explained. Most significantly, during the cleaning/vacuuming Chris uncovered mold growing in the ducts which was removed and a chemical applied to minimize recurrence and my wife hasn't been sneezing since. Everything was accomplished neatly right down to all the vent covers being removed and hand washed. From scheduling the appointment to completion of service, the entire experience was top-notch. They arrived on time. The technicians were very nice and professional. They arrived wearing masks. I explained we were expecting a baby and without questions they put on booties and did an initial walkthrough to assess the job. They then explained their entire process and then worked very efficiently. Afterwards, everything was cleaned up. The technician (Steve) explained the findings and provided photos.
