He determined what the problem was (just as he predicted on our first contact) and, because my toilets are approximately 60 years old, he felt the needed parts might be hard to find. He did fix the problem while he was here but he told me if I had any further trouble with the toilets, he would research, order and install the new parts at the original cost he quoted and the amount I paid him today, would be credited back to me. In addition to being very fair, this young man was knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to his completing the job (which may not even be needed).
