So I made a phone call to EnergyWise Heating and A/C Monday morning and he told me they were booked up until Thursday and will try to work it in the calendar for end of that Monday before he go home , & Bam!! He showed up diagnosed a circuit board not responding as it should , did a little more checking to make sure that was the problem & put an order in for availability & got it ordered . Xcode Meanwhile the temperature has been kinda cold , but he kept us updated tracking it , when he got the part arrived he text me to installing it on Saturday and all is well ! Working Great and they really went out their way to help us get that house warm again ! Thank you EnergyWise Heating and A/C ! 5 years ago Dexter came out and suggested a new AC system. I agreed and he installed a Rheem system…read morethat promptly stopped working. He returned with a replacement unit that has cost me more than $1000 a year to keep running due to failures. Dexter stopped answer my calls and coming to repair my system causing me to have to use a different company. After 5 years (and paying more to keep that system running than I paid to have it installed) I am having to come out of pocket for a brand new system. I was told that Rheem would probably cover this years costs (Just got another $1100 quote to fix the latest failure of this system) if the original installer was supporting this but Dexter won't even return my calls or text messages. Dexter is a nice guy but I wouldn't suggest anybody use him for their HVAC.

I called this company due to my AC not heating and warming correctly. They'd done work for me about…read morea month prior, and I called them back assuming it was from the preexisting issue. They sent a tech out that told me I needed to replace my zone control board. And I was sent a quote for $875. My instincts told me this was unlikely and to get another opinion. I had another company come out, and they immediately located and fixed the problem. It was simply a bad capacitor that altogether cost $228. I called this company and told them their tech was incorrect and they still told me I owed them the $120 service charge regardless of him misdiagnosing the issues. What a joke. I'm soooo glad I didn't give this company $875. I'm almost questioning the $1300 they charged me in labor to install a compressor that was covered under warranty. Not to mention that entire process took over 2 weeks. When I told them their tech was incorrect the employee told me she would not accept that he was incorrect. That's funny because I'm typing this review under the AC he told me would not work without a zone control board replacement..... I'll never do business with this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
